I just want to thank the girl that was working today June 21st earlier in the day. Was very kind to me and my 3 year old daughter. More importantly my poor little girl dropped her smoothie in the parking lot, and when I went back in and told her she without question made a new one for my daughter and saved me a lotttt of crying on the car ride home. Thank you for the small act of kindness that had a huge impact on how my day went. Me and my daughter thank you and that employee deserves some sort of acknowledgement for her act of kindness and service

This used to be the only smoothie place I could bring my son to get smoothies, because it was the only place where they actually taste good. Under the new ownership, this is no longer true. It seems they have stopped using sugar in their base, and now the result is a much more watery taste and you get more bitterness from the fruits. While I admit that it's a darn shame that the reason why the smoothies tasted better before is because there was added sugar, my son and I no longer like the taste of their smoothies without the sugar. It sucks to realize that was what made it good, alas I don't want to buy a watery, bitter smoothy. It may be less healthy, but please bring back the sugar.
Otherwise, the staff is always so nice, and the store changes look better. I hope the new owners kept a lot of the old staff, because they were good folks.

I did visit store today to order custom drink and there two works on front desk women and men . Women start laugh and men was rude he don’t want to do what I choose and after that told me choose from what available today . He tell me I don’t want serve you there another people. And I left and never come again .

I was customer coming a lot and was different stuff do me custom order and they respect me but after what happen today I never come to this place ( because this place never respect customer)

Good place to get a smoothie but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I tried to call and ask why their website was telling me they were all out of everything on the site but they let the phone ring 10x and did not pick up. Y’all need some serious customer service training for your so called “employees”
