Service was horrible. Great manager but horrible over all experience. ALL food was cold before we actually got to eat as a family.

It took 30 minutes to get seated, and our waiter asked us if we were ready to order our food almost immediately after. The waiter was still nice though.

I order a to go order yesterday that I spent 75.00 on. First after waiting for 20 minutes on my car waiting for my order the server came and yelled at me for not tipping her 17.00. I got home and found my food was burnt so I could not eat it. Bad service bad food. Lost me as a customer
Cold rainy night wanted my fav soup from OG. Service from the start walking in the door the teenage hostess couldn’t even muster a hello & said follow me. Our server Shay(LA or NA) took our water orders and was gone forever this continued ALL night ~ she was curt when she’d appear even the table across had the same problems
When the soup finally appeared OG must have lowered their food standards along with their staff ~ it’s just not the same, recipe has changed, it’s bland & tasteless.
Do not recommend, I won’t be returning

I was not a fan of this location. My family and I were not impressed at all with the food or service. We had a group dinner Between 8-10 people. The place was mostly empty. We had 2 servers and it took 45 minutes for first drink, then our food comes out overcooked, dry, and on dirty plates. Although a manager did speak with us about the plates, it was just a poor experience. I may give it 1 more chance. Maybe it was an off night, but for now, I can't recommend this location

We were sat at booth table at the bar and service was non existent at first then waitress seemed confused about everything we asked for and the food was not good. We all ordered different things as there were 5 of us. Not one good meal and salad came out with no dressing. I realized restaurants are short handed but I simply no longer want to waste hard earned money on disappointment

We opted for the soup, salad, breadsticks lunch special. We've had this many times and we weren't disappointed again. The salad was very fresh and their house made dressing is delicious. The bread sticks came to us straight from the oven. They were so good that we had to have a second helping. For the soup, I chose the Fagioli which was loaded with flavor. It contained beans, hamburg, small pasta and a tomato base for the soup. My wife ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup which was creamy with spinach, chicken and dumplings. We both had 2 bowls each. For a side, my wife ordered Ravioli Carbonara with chicken. The ravioli's seemed fried with a creamy sauce and plenty of cheese flavor. She really liked it. We each ordered a $6.00 take home meal. They came with accurate heating instructions. We got the Fetta Alfredfo and the 5 Cheese Ziti. They both were very tasty for take home meals. I highly recommend the place and definitely will be back again.
I've been home for a couple of weeks post-surgery. Their commercials sucked me in. Went there for my birthday. Alfredo sucked me in, but I got carbonara. Afterwards I remembered ordering it in the past and I wasn't impressed then and not impressed now. Our waitress appeared relatively new, but was still learning her way. Can't fault her service, but did like watching her trying to develop her routine taking care of us and a couple of tables nearby. The drinks were still good.
