Wow....I use to visit this place daily ten years ago. I came back into town and the menu has shrunk, the baked goods were mid and my bagel sandwich was a 1 star compared to McDonalds, Burger King and DD (and more expensive). This is only now a place for internet needs and a drink you can refill 5 times to get your money's worth. I'll never buy food here again.

It took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and it was quiet not busy. The 2 making sandwiches talked and laughed the whole time. They didn't even know how to wrap the sandwich. It was bad

Food is like any other Panera bread good. Though the service is okay the servers are rude. Take very long to get food out and mess up a lot of orders
