What are the worst pizzas? I've ever had one of the toppings that I ask for was bacon and there was barely any bacon on it. Never will order from there again.

Much better location than the one in Nashua. Order is always correct, food is always fresh and hot. Usually in and out in under 2mins. Just watchout for the homeless that sometimes like to hang around.

Papa Johns in NH, has 3 locations, Nashua, Manchester & Concord. This is for the Manchester location. Personally prefer Papa John's way above Papa Gino's or Domino's any day. Better crust, much tastier pizza thruout. These guys do it way better than the "factory franchised" chain pizza shops mentioned. The ap let's me accumulate freebie points for more eats. I like using it for pre-ordering than dropping by to pick up.. very convenient and customizable orders. Having said all this, they're not your mom & pop shop or gourmet shop, those are a separate niche. However, given the choices and having a tasty treat pizza, this is great value. Just got their deal thru their ap for a large single topping pizza for $10 bux, which is a great deal for a tasty treat.
Vegetarian options: For a veggie person, U can customize towards veggie preferences.
Dietary restrictions: Customize as I need to.
Parking: I liked this Manchester location, ordered with their ap, dropped in picked up my order, and under way. Really tasty pizza with great crust and a single topping, mushroom. Yummy.

They initially cancelled my order made through DoorDash that had a 50% off promo saying that they couldn’t fulfill the order. I was at the store and neither DoorDash Papa John’s would do anything. I reordered the exact same thing from their app (without the promo). The app then said the order was ready, only for them to tell me it was another 5 minutes before it would be ready.

I'm not from the area, and never had Papa John's before. This pizza was amazing! The sauce is excellent. I got the garden fresh stuffed crust. It was loaded with fresh veggies. For the taste, price, and customer service, this was the best pizza I've ever had.

This is not the first time I order from Papa John's and usually it's a good experience except a couple times by food has come not as hot as I would anticipated but not a big deal to me but the last time I ordered from here I ordered about 12- 12:30 a.m. and I got delivery and I asked the guy who answered the phone to tell the delivery driver to please do not knock on the door it is late and I have other people in the apartment that are sleeping including my sick parents who are sleeping and have a hard time sleeping at night. Guy on the phone said yep sure not a problem they will call you when they get there. They show up and what do they do they knock on the door after I had said to them please call when they arrive do not knock on the door. At this point I'm very upset in tears crying because I did not want my parents or anyone else to be woken up and I call back to talk to a "manager" and it's not his problem doesn't seem like he cared at all but he said I will have my "general manager" call you first thing in the morning, now here we are days later and still have not got a phone call to apologize about the situation that had occurred nothing and to top it all off the person who delivered my food close my hallway door all the way so I was locked out of my apartment and cannot get back in for hours. I usually don't do reviews whether it's good reviews or bad reviews I just don't do them but in this case I felt like I had to do one because I have not got a phone call back from nobody at Papa John's. So I'm very disappointed especially with a manager knowing how upset I was about the situation.
The So. Willow Street location is by far my favorite pizza place in Manchester! The food is always cooked perfectly, taste great and made quickly! The team is always super friendly, polite and appreciative of my business... this especially keeps me coming back! Keep up the excellent work!

0 stars they only got one because I don't have the option to choose 0 I'm pissed I work all day and night ordered a pizza and Alfredo dish spent over $45 go to eat a slice of the pizza and there was two long hairs literally baked into the pizza i called to see about getting my money back for at least the pizza and was literally hung up on Highly don't recommend and will be going into the store in person after work tomorrow Absolutely disgusting very rude and unprofessional do not order from them!!!!

Honestly can't say enough good about these zaas. The epic stuffed crust is amazing, and every time on doordash my orders arrive perfect. I even had to change my address mid delivery and the woman made it with the most delicious pie. Long live papa John's, do not let this chain die.
