Avoid this business as they are profiting by charging a 4% credit card fee. Please read the Visa merchant terms and conditions. The max credit card fee a merchant can charge for a Visa credit card is 3%. Anything higher they are merely putting it in their pocket and increasing profits for providing no good or service. When the credit card fees go away then I will return. Also better not charge a fee on Visa debit cards. Merchants are not allowed to charge a credit card processing fee on Visa debit cards.
Absolutely love this place, not exaggerating when I say you won't find better quality food for the money in the area.
Hope they can expand in the future, one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots on Elm!

A hot dog has no business being this good! They have reasonable prices and great customer service too, the older woman who works there is the sweetest.

One of the few real affordable lunch spots in Manchester.
Patz is my favorite lunch spot in the city of Manchester BY FAR. Not only is the food outstanding, so are the people! They're very consistent and you always know what you're getting. I go here at least twice a week for lunch and its always the highlight of my day! So thankful they are back!

So very glad Patz Deli is back in business after two unfortunate floods. I ordered a pastrami wrap with lettuce, tomato, American cheese and red onion. The size was extra big and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I also had the pasta salad which doesn’t have an overload of mayo which is how I like it. Dill pickle was a fine touch. Also the deli offered watermelon which went perfect with my wrap. You also get free chips with each sandwich. Pat and his assistant are always friendly and helpful. I will be back real soon.
Second time going into Patz Deli. Keep wanting to try different things but the first time I went I had the signature Patz melt. Had to have it again! Literally the best sandwich I ever had. All the food sounds good and they offer a salad bar and ice cream. Perfect for summertime! Can’t wait to go back and try other things. The owner is not bad to look at either!

Located in the lobby of the Brady Sullivan Building, this small sandwich ? shoppe, with indoor seating, serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches with beverages and soup ?. I ordered the Patz Melt, Angus burger on rye bread with brown sugar caramelized onions and garlic ? pepper Aioli. It was good, but, very greasy. Friendly service and they were able to process my Restaurant.com certificate. If you can't find a parking ?️ space on Elm Street, which really isn't a Nightmare, there is parking ?️ around the back. I recommend a visit!
I ordered a Patz melt by phone and it was ready when I arrived. I took it home to enjoy and 30 minutes later it was still hot. Perfectly wrapped with the best pickle. I loved the Patz melt. Different flavors all working together for an amazing experience. Pat and his assistant are always friendly and I encourage everyone to visit this establishment soon. You won’t be disappointed.
Showed up at 2:25 to a locked door, the two people inside waved me away and said they were closed.
Love the food here! Great price and friendly service too! I'm a huge fan of getting my breakfast down there, I recommend a Prosciutto, Egg & Cheese personally. My fiancée loves to get lunch here too(she's a big fan of the chicken salad). Either way, if you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch and your downtown, Patz is definitely a place you'll want to stop by.
Pat makes a mean sandwich!!! Not to be missed
