Food is always really good here. Customer service seems to lack sometimes. If your order is wrong or messed up, you won’t always get it replaced, or get credited. Sometimes you get somebody with a bad attitude who wants you to “prove it” and bring all your food back. Sometimes you get good management who will send you out a replacement no questions asked. I’ve ordered here for a long time so it’s just a matter of whether they have a good team or not. But food is always good

I live right down the street, so I go here once in a while. The food is actually pretty good. Salads are large and deserve an extra salad dressing. If you ask for extra dressing they will charge you more. I find the place to be a little pricey. So I don't go there as often as I would like. They do have some pretty good specials.

Hello good evening this is Steven over at 106 market street here in Manchester earlier tonight we had an incident with grub hub stole my meat lovers calzone and Derek and Erin the driver was so appreciated and so respectful of the situation amazing driver got here in a timely manner Derek the store manager handled the situation amazingly well you guys I wish I could give a 10 star rating but it only allows five. My boyfriend and I stopped in late as we were starving and everything else was closed. We arrived a little after 9:30pm and they closed at 10, but they let us stay and eat while they cleaned up. The man at the counter was hilarious and friendly; it was great to not feel rushed to order. When he and another employee discovered we'd never been there, they were fantastic at making recommendations - they asked us questions about stuff we liked and went based off those choices. One of the best parts was getting gummy bears with our order as it's my boyfriend's favorite candy. I really can't say enough good things.

Ordered a large veggie pizza at 10:00 at night. Got it delivered!! Wow!!! Awesome!! I recently moved to the area from a larger city, and was wary of places I hadn't tried. This pizza was phenomenal!!!!!!
