Food is always really good here. Customer service seems to lack sometimes. If your order is wrong or messed up, you won’t always get it replaced, or get credited. Sometimes you get somebody with a bad attitude who wants you to “prove it” and bring all your food back. Sometimes you get good management who will send you out a replacement no questions asked. I’ve ordered here for a long time so it’s just a matter of whether they have a good team or not. But food is always good

I live right down the street, so I go here once in a while. The food is actually pretty good. Salads are large and deserve an extra salad dressing. If you ask for extra dressing they will charge you more. I find the place to be a little pricey. So I don't go there as often as I would like. They do have some pretty good specials.

Hello good evening this is Steven over at 106 market street here in Manchester earlier tonight we had an incident with grub hub stole my meat lovers calzone and Derek and Erin the driver was so appreciated and so respectful of the situation amazing driver got here in a timely manner Derek the store manager handled the situation amazingly well you guys I wish I could give a 10 star rating but it only allows five.
