Ordered a pizza at 7:30 was told 15 minutes and we waited almost 40. We ordered a large cheese pizza and when we got it it was the size of a small. Not happy. When we received pizza it was also cold.

We called for the pizza and it was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Three different kinds for 8 people and it was all gone. Of course, two of us were teenage boys. Awesome food.

I was trying to order food as a thank you to my friend for taking my brother for his surgery in Boston so we ordered a large pizza, fries, and two subs. I looked at my call log and I ordered at 5:50pm. They said 45 minutes to an hour. Ok great! So excited. About an hour and 35 minutes later the food arrived. The pizza looked like I took it out of the fridge and gave them left overs. The pizza and fries were cold and cold subs I got were horrible from sitting so long. It was well over disappointing to serve this to my friends. I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just horrible. The food being late and cold. Will not order from here again. The only good thing about my experience was that the women who answered the phone was very patient and pleasant to speak with.

They used to do a $6 12 inch pizza on Monday-Wednesday which has since changed to a $7 large. I preferred the $6 12 inch. I'm extremely disappointed that fried ravioli has been removed from their menu. I like their sauce because it's sweeter than most which are too salty and savory for my taste. I'm not impressed by their toppings. I only ever want a cheese pizza anyway, though.

I have ordered from Pizza911 for awhile now. All my orders have been great and correct.And the sandwich are large ,the drinks are plentiful and when you or for delivery it comesOn time. My favorite place for takeout or delivery.

I called the Goffstown NH Pizza 911 to place an order that consisted of a large steak and cheese sub, order of seasoned fries, a large half pepperoni pizza and a large half hamburger pizza. Called at 6:23 pm on a Thursday (so not really a weekend day that would make it understanding to be busy) .... A vehicle pulls up at 7:35 pm and a passenger gets out and carries the order to my door, yes I said a passenger!! What did the employee do stop to pick up his friend???? Not only was it over an hour, the order was wrong, I received a small half pepperoni pizza, the hamburger pizza was a large but very dried out and overcooked!! Sub sandwich fell apart upon touch because the bread was soggy to the point it was dripping!! The fries were dumped in the bag and EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD!!!!! NO STARS !!!!Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again!!George M.

I've given them at least 10 chances but my order is ALWAYS 1 of the 3: 1. Wrong order 2. Soggy and gross food 3. They forget something in my order. Its unfortunate because there are only 2 other places that deliver here

First ever order. At first, the very “well” cooked cheese pizza threw us off. Then I went to open my “turkey” sub, that ended up being a tuna sub. We did not contact Pizza 911 to fix or ask for freebies. We will likely try them again, I suppose mistakes can happen.
Okay food but they can't seem to make it on time. Every time I order online, I have to wait for them to cook my order when I get there! What is the point of ordering ahead half an hour if you don't even bother to start when I walk in the door? And the people that work there have no personality or charisma. They don't gaf about you or your food

LOVE all of the Pizza 911 locations! ONLY thing is they're SUPER BUSY so oftentimes the wait for deliveries can be pretty lengthy. However, I appreciate the fact that Pizza 911 does make the fact known that wait time could be longer than expected. The BBQ Chicken pizza is my fave!

We just recently discovered this gem. Our usual pizza joint has closed. We ordered for take-out a large Firehouse Favorite pan style which was loaded with tasty toppings. We actually had enough for 2 meals which never happens! Great pizza and I like that they offer the pan style option. I always ask for it to get well done as I like a crispy crust instead of doughy and they come thru every time. We have since tried 2 other specialty pizzas and they too were good. The Firehouse is still our all time favorite..

My order was 1 chicken ceasar salad wrap on white, sub chicken tenders, add feta, with a large order of waffle fries and a side of cheese sauce. I live roughly 1.5 minutes away from this location. My food arrived soggy and cold. The cheese sauce for my waffle fries had congealed chunks in it (see picture) and was cold. My wrap was placed in the container "upside-down" and hardly even wrapped (see picture) luckily i was able to pull it out using the tinfoil and re-wrap it myself. It all tasted good, the lettuce was a little bitter. Disappointing lunch for a busy mom ?

Ordered Shaved Steak 16" pizza. Delivery was ahead of schedule. Pizza was hot but not what I would expect for $22.00. Not much sauce and actually kind of dry. Shaved Steak was ok, but again not very moist. Photo of Pizza on the menu web site was nice, but the real thing was disappointing. Will order Chinese from North Garden next game day.
