What a waste of $20. Ordered a large bowl, very skimpy, paid extra of toppings, very little provided. Bowl was not filled. A ton of toppings they didn't have. Very disappointed. 1st time coming and the last. I know I make better ones at the house. No wonder this place is empty. Plus sushi rice was mush.
So the poke here is mid and is nothing like the poke you find in Hawaii. This is a bowl of ingredients that you mix together yourself as opposed to the premade poke that you tend to find in Hawaii. Stick to the tuna and salmon and skip the shrimp. And go light on the sauce, the default amount they put in is pretty heavy and you end up tasting nothing but the sauce. The biggest positive is the price. Prices were very reasonable and they put a decent amount of protein in the bowls. Service was friendly and prompt. If you're looking for more traditional poke, this is not the place. But if you don't care, then this place isn't bad and will do if you're craving raw seafood but don't want to pay sushi prices.
They're apparently out of everything
I am no stranger to poké bowls and have eaten them at many restaurants around the country. My experience at Poké Spot in Manchester was a generous 2/5. I appreciated the polite staff providing me with a list of gf items as well as the variety of proteins and add-ons available. The pricing was reasonable and the wait time for dining in was very short. That's where the positives end. Here's where they missed the mark:
- all 4 bowls contained near rotten avocado (dark brown spots throughout and off-tasting)
- all 4 bowls my family ordered contained little to no sauce, the ingredient that really ties a poké bowl together.
- mine contained a fair amount of jalapenos (I did not order or otherwise mention jalapenos)
- the salmon looked and tasted less than fresh, was clearly low quality even for farmed fish
- the pineapple was more white than yellow
- the music playing on the restaurant speakers contained profane language which I did not appreciate as my young children were present.
- none of the three young men wore gloves while preparing the food and I watched one of them rearrange some errant carrots in someone's takeout order with his fingers.
I would not go back, at least to the Manchester location. The staff were polite and prompt but they need additional training.
Always randomly closed for seemingly no reason, always out of main ingredients. When its on point it is good, but it hardly ever is.
Amazing service!!!
Every time I come here, the service is great and fast too! The food is so delicious and good quality too. Very clean and modern atmosphere, just good vibes from this place and it's staff.

w poke spot, how good your bowl is fully depends on who's working. the guy who works monday morning makes a mean bowl. the dude who works saturday night does not.

I never write reviews because that’s a Karen activity. But I’ve been going here for a while, it’s been great except for that last time I went. I always build my own large bowl which always fills up the bowl. The most recent time I went, the person that made my bowl filled only half the bowl. I wish I would’ve spoken up about it. I always tip, always polite. But I don’t think I will be going back here because of my recent experience, I found it absolutely ridiculous. I’m certain the amount they gave me would have fit in their smallest bowl. I would have rather skipped lunch than pay $22 for a child sized bowl.

Always fast and pleasant service. I usually do takeout, but the spot is clean for dining in, too.

Generous portions, but I was put off by the food due to the floor being dirty.
Went in tonight for the first time and it was empty besides two very sweet workers, I was immediately greeted, the restaurant was very clean and my to go order was ready and packaged before I even sat down to wait.
I got a large build your own bowl, the portions are very good, the food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

This place has gone way downhill. The food used to be amazing but the quality of ingredients continues to decline. And now the size of the bowl has gotten smaller so it is no longer worth the price.
