We ordered a 12 piece meal with Cajun fries, macaroni and cheese and three desserts - two chocolate chip biscuits and a strawberry pie. All of this was on the receipt. We did not receive the macaroni and cheese (no second side at all), seven of the 12 pieces of chicken were wings, and all of our desserts were the chocolate chip biscuits, no pie. The food that we did get was just okay.

Out west Popeyes is a totally different experience. Just moved here recently and was excited to find a Popeyes. What an absolute waste of $25!! The chicken was undercooked and rubbery. The mac n cheese was loaded with rubbery wads of burnt cheese and grease. The service was mediocre at best.

Missing half the order! Check before you leave!

Ordered a large combo chicken sandwich, which is supposed to come with 2 sides. I ended up getting overcharged for the meal, and they forgot one of the sides. I came back through the drive-thru and was given the missing side. The sandwich itself ended up being a rather puny piece of chicken much smaller than the chicken that is typical in the sandwich and about half the size of the chicken that you receive from the concord location.

I was looking forward to a nice meal after a long day of work, but my experience was completely ruined. While I was about to dine in, I witnessed an employee coughing directly over the chicken without any effort to cover their mouth or step away. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a food establishment. Hygiene should be a top priority, and this incident made me lose all confidence in their food safety. Extremely disappointed

That's twice now in about a month we've found ourselves pulling into Popeyes for a quick dinner, then pulling away with about 75% of what we actually ordered. Amazingly quick service at the windows (after an excruciatingly confusing ordeal ordering at the drive-thru) guaranteed our order was going to be incorrect and the food in varying statges of freshness. Nope, no "there strikes", we're done at two. Avoid this location, especially after dark

Food was ok. Service people are pleasant but have a hard time understanding English. They didn’t have Diet Coke and did not post a sign so I ended up buying an empty cup….was not happy!

Ordered two chicken sandwiches, one spicy and the other original w/no pickles and cheese. As well as a 1/4 shrimp and 2 tenders combo. For 3 items was told to pull over and wait and waited for 20 minutes until someone came with my order. Before I could even look in the bag the worker scurried off back to the store and I briefly looked in and noticed they didn’t give me any of the sauces I ordered. A common thing but whatever as I have some ranch at home. I get home and open everything up, both sandwiches are spicy, no cheese and extra pickles. Then the shrimp with tenders box was missing the tenders! I swear I’ve been here multiple times and they always forget something! Not happy!

Central location. It’s not crowded even around lunch hours. There’s short lineup in the drive through. Staff are friendly and they are very efficient. The chicken sandwich is hot and crispy. The size has been shrinking over these 2 years.
The restaurant is disastrous and very clean.
Remember to fill out the survey to get a 2-piece and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink.
We will return.

Dear people, I don't know what happened to this location. They need to shut it down immediately and replace management and the entire staff. First off, all the staff is standing around doing nothing while I'm at the counter trying to place my order. One woman came over to me like I was wasting her time. She didn't ask me if I wanted spicy or mild, she just shoved mild into my box...damn! Then I had to be rung up again for my drink because she just went ahead and cashed me out. Now it came clear to why no customers were here. 3 months earlier I went through the drive thru and my order again horrible. People go to the one in Nashua NH. Save yourself the time and make that trip to that location. Don't waste your time with the Manchester location.

Norm's Alter Ego

I have been to this location 5 times in the past 3 years, always willing to give it another chance, but tonight was my last. I have NEVER gotten everything I ordered. Tonight it was the 16 PC family meal. $52 dollars and upon arriving home, I find it missing the 8 biscuits. If you're going to eat here, check your bag before pulling out onto South Willow.
