Food was not cooked all the way and was not ready waited 20 minutes my chicken was plain not the spicy...I NEVER EVER GET PLAIN CHICKEN EVER NEVER NEVER

This place is honestly my favorite chicken place in the Manchester area. The staff typically speak just enough English to be able to do their job. And I typically get takeout instead of dine in. But the food is so good the most delicious chicken sandwiches anywhere for any fast food in the area by far.

I had went there to buy food, the money got taken out of my account and they still told me it was declined. I got a refund, but they still had the audacity to tell me there was a problem.

It met my expectations. The food was hot and it came out quickly and it was as I ordered. They forgot the sauce and stopped me on the way out to give it to me, which was appreciated (a lot of places wouldn't have bothered).

Please train your people to ask “is that bone-in or boneless wings?” I got wings bone in expecting boneless. Ordered 3 dipping sauce. Got 1. Since I threw it all in the trash, in the end it didn’t matter.

*** warning** you may encounter shady business practices. Make sure you ask for a receipt because I ordered 2 pieces of chicken no sides no drink and was overcharged. I asked for a receipt and claimed the receipt printer wasn’t working but I watched him print up a whole bunch of other receipts just not mine. So I decided I wanted a refund and instead of giving me a proper refund he pulled the cash out of his wallet instead. Which is shady scammer behavior and I’m pretty sure against their policy especially when you paid with card unless they’re having issues with their system . So just be careful

Bro, mash potatoes and slaw are not “substitutes” for Mac and cheese. The slaw and mash here are garbage. So glad paid as much as we did for 2 correct items and a bunch of stuff we didn’t want and don’t like. So glad we got a heads up about that before getting home too 👎

Hidden menu items can save you some cash. GM was very enthusiastic. I got the last of the salt on the buildings. Overall the good service should remain, sbg people coming back
