My daughter and son-in-law brought me to your restaurant yesterday. I ordered chicken tender Parmigiano with ziti. It was delicious. Also had a milky way mudslide which was also delicious. The service was excellent. I'm sorry to say I don't remember the waitreses name but she was very pleasant and had a great smile. Thank you for a great day!

The wait was about 45 minutes for 2 people. It works be less if the staff was a little quicker, but definitely worth the wait! The food and mudslides are always so darn good!

Good and fast service, Great milkshake(frappe), but be aware that what they call milkshake is just milk and syrup, the name for the one they use icecream in it they call it Frappe and the price is 2 times the price of the milkshake, so be aware, even though it was worth it, so enjoy!

The Puritan was one of Manchesters better restaurants Food, Service and the famous Mudslides, not any more. The famous chicken tenders are ok but not great. The french fries are frozen as are the cheese sticks, not what you would expect from a good restaurant. Tenders are okay with ketchup, duck sauce seems diluted. Mudslides are more ice than alcohol, like the duck sauce seems diluted but the price is not. Staff seem good. There are far better restaurant options in Manchester to choose from. Food quality is way down, service is decent, ambiance well I don't think any upgrades have been done to the dining room since I was a kid.

The Backroom Restaurant is always fantastic!! They have such a wide selection to please even the pickiest eater (ahem my son). They are known for their chicken tenders and mudslides, but they have so many other GREAT things. We recently went here for Easter. (Insiders hint) they take reservations on Easter!! They offer the full menu and we could not have been happier. Everything was hot and delicious. I had the Chicken Condon Bleu which never disappoints. My father in law had the broiled haddock and loved it. My mom and dad and daughter had of course, chicken tenders. My son had pizza and LOVED it!! What more could you ask for!One thing to be cautious of at the Backroom if you have never gone..... is the wait! No matter what day or time of day you always have to wait.... it's that good!!

I can't believe I've lived in Southern NH for more than 30 years and have never been here before. It's an institution, lauded for their chicken tenders but they have so much more to offer. First, the restaurant was already full by 430 on Friday. 5 min wait but when we left an hour later, it was packed with people waiting. Despite being full, it's not too loud to talk to your table and server. Speaking of servers, ours was terrific. Not that we were a tough group, just me, hubby and 2 grandchildren. As for the food, everything we tried was as good as you could hope, and reasonable ($66 without drinks or tip) We had: Hot dog, fries and milk off the very reasonable kids menu. Bacon cheeseburger and fries, cooked as ordered Fried Clams and homemade onion rings with Cole slaw - very good! And of course we tried the chicken tenders as an app. Real chicken, very tender, slightly sweet (light breading). Came with duck sauce (odd!). The kids weren't wowed but had we ordered a different sauce, the grownups would eat them again. The prime rib at the next table looked AH-MAZING. And huge. It was a special but probably a regular Friday offering. There are a bunch of other menu items I want to try (there's a Greek selection) so will definitely be back.

My favorite restaurant. It was a week day so no prime rib but the charbroiled pork chop was sooooo good. My husband had the veal always his favorite.
