Queen City Cupcakes made all the cupcakes for our wedding, and they were absolutely delicious! They were a huge hit with our guests—everyone was raving about them. Delivery and setup went perfectly and looked beautiful. We highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes to any couples planning their wedding and will definitely be placing future orders with them!

Their brownie batter cupcake was the best cupcake I ever had. Even my sister who doesn't like cake agreed. The toddler we had with us refused to eat the one she picked out after getting a bite of the brownie batter one. The others we got were good too but that was the goat. Im sad that I was only in town temporarily and won't be able to go back to get them (though id totally order them shipping).

The whole team there is super nice and helpful- they even did a special order of gluten free cupcakes in a flavor they don’t normally do for us which was great! Absolutely recommend this bakery- a range of flavors and things to try, cute gifts in the shop, really accommodating staff, and very easy experience overall!

We had Queen City Cupcakes provide our wedding cupcakes last month, and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of their delicious offerings, as well as their delivery and setup service! In the months before our wedding, we enjoyed the chance to try many of Queen City's flavors, and they do offer a complimentary 4-flavor tasting when you book them (we wound up trying many more flavors on several other visits to the storefront, which is also very cool on its own!). We wound up choosing Samoa, Creamsicle, Fluffernutter, and Chocolate Raspberry! Additionally, we were pleased that Queen City offered gluten-free and vegan cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions, and both of these can be combined into a single cupcake, which makes things easier when planning a big event like a wedding! Chelsea was very communicative and easy to work with. She talked to us on the phone before our wedding and also communicated with our venue to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day! This is the best cupcake shop around.

We used QCCC for my daughters bridal shower and they were fantastic!! Ordering process very easy and convenient, made life a lot easier. Only problem was choosing my favorite CC LOL.

We used Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding on 8/22 and couldn't be happier. The guests absolutely raved about the cupcakes and we barely had any left at the end of the night. We did peanut butter, salted caramel Oreo, cookie dough, brownie batter, cake batter and strawberry shortcake.

We used Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding last weekend. After hearing about them through a friend, we did a taste test and instantly knew we had to have their cupcakes on our big day—they were absolutely delicious! Chelsea was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We especially appreciated the tasting pack option, which made it easy (and fun!) to narrow down our flavors. We went with Raspberry Lemon, Cookies & Cream, Blackberry Truffle, and Carrot Cake—a perfect variety that offered something for everyone. In addition to the cupcakes, Chelsea also created a beautiful small cutting cake for my wife and me. We asked for a rainbow cake—something she had never made before—but she took on the challenge and totally nailed it. It looked amazing and tasted even better! We’re so grateful for our experience with Queen City Cupcakes and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats and top-notch service for their big day!

Fantastic cupcakes!

The best antidote for the stress of the week is to stop by The Queen Cup Cake & Gift. I describe it as a magical place because from the moment you open the door you smell the delicious freshly baked cupcakes and look around. There is a great selection of unique and creative gift items. The staff is very nice and the customer service is excellent! After this magical experience, I happily returned to my new apartment on Elm St. I will be back soon because I want to try the wide variety of cupcakes and the varied menu every week!

I've casually visited Queen City Cupcakes for random little treats and always been overjoyed with how tasty everything is. For the first time, I ordered bulk cupcakes for an event and couldn't be happier with the service! I filed out the online form and THAT DAY I got a call about my order. I love how detailed everything is on their website. They answer every question you could possibly have like cupcake sizing, pricing, and detailed flavor descriptions. It really gives you a chance to think your order over without feeling overwhelmed with decision in person or on the phone. They even have information on if the cakes need to be refrigerated. If you do have any extra questions they are more than happy to jump on a call and answer anything you need. They answered all of my allergy questions and were very accommodating with my cupcake needs. I've tried other bakeries in Manchester and none have the same level of customer service and transparency. If you want YUMMY baked goods and EXCELLENT customer service, Queen City Cupcakes is the only place in Manchester to go.

Sadly, I was not impressed. I went on a Thursday morning at 10:30 and got 4 cupcakes. The cupcake itself tasted old, and the butter/milk/confectionary sugar ratios tasted off and unbalanced. The Shop itself is cute though!

We recently used QCC for my daughter’s wedding! Chelsea was so wonderful to work with and the cupcakes were absolutely AMAZING!!!! She made sure all the little details we talked about happened and I was so pleased! Set up and delivery all went so smoothly! If you are in need of cupcakes and wedding cake for your next event I would absolutely hands down recommend Queen City Cupcakes!!! Thanks again Chelsea!!!
