We ran late for our pick up order because of traffic and they offered to remake our food cause it went cold, and as we are sitting here they brought us the old food and said we could take it home and have it for another time on top of the new stuff! They really seem to care about how people experience there food and we will definitely be coming back

ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD! Burgers aren't supposed to be cold. I could understand if the lettuce and tomato were cold, but the buns were just as cold, the same with the fries. But we were so hungry we ate it all anyways.

It's an average experience. Not good or bad just a place to grab dinner. I love the onion ring tower and all the burgers have been delicious. Reasonable meal at a reasonable price.

I believe the reason that the Manchester location is closing, is because the staff is way beyond rude.

My son and grandkids were up so we decided to go to Red Robin the waitress hit my husband's glass of Coke when she was putting his meal on the table Coke went everywhere on him me the floor all over the table. All we got was a I'm sorry and a roll of paper towels to clean it up ourselves. Not even a manager came over to our table. My husband whole pants were soaked and it's 36° out and he had to go out with those wet pants. This is my second bad experience at this Red Robin and I will not ever return unfortunately the food was good but the service and the respect and taking responsibility was horrible and that is my reason I will never return there.
They did not deliver the bird
UPDATE: They tried to make things better but just made them worse by IGNORING THE BIRD

Always get delivered through door dash and lately my orders have been incorrect. Red Robin should be fixing the mistake not door dash. You probably just lost a regular customer. I've only eaten at Resteraunt a couple of times but remember atmosphere being

Red Robin was somewhat of a sensation when they first opened. I think I would consider it a friendly burger-type place with great atmosphere. The burgers were good (large and filling), but the fries were stone cold the last time we went there. And, if I recall the time before that. The place was empty both times and the waitress seemed unavailable and lost. Sorry, that was our honest experience. The atmosphere is cozy Americana - VERY well done. Be sure to look up! Parking available in the mall parking lot for free... Needless to say there's PLENTY of parking!

Overall a three. The food quality does not match the price. That seems common these days. The wait staff was good. We went in the early evening and it felt a bit empty, probably just due to the timing. The theme is fine, like a family-oriented sports pub. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here, but maybe again if I'm hungry for a meal and I'm at the mall.
Side note: These table game pads are terrible. They require you to pay for games like... Plants Vs Zombies, a free game which is over a decade old. It's almost insulting that it's even on the table. Definitely an eyebrow raiser.
