We sat at the bar so there was no wait but there was construction things happening. The music was too loud, I couldn't hear my boyfriend right next to me. I ordered a Caesar salad but pretty sure I received Italian dressing. My boyfriend ordered a burger that was mediocre at best. And the service was very slow even though there were maybe 10 total people in the whole place.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at SoHo as me and my four friends were racially profiled at the entrance of SoHo , being accused of committing an act we didn’t do at all. We were accused of being a group of friends fighting at the back of soho when we were actually waiting of entering soho at the front entrance. We were all confused as to why the bouncer accused us of committing such as an act. The manager then came and said we should wait outside and he was gonna go review the matter. We waited 30 minutes in the cold for him to come back and said we should go home. I’m gonna go further with this matter at the police station as this is unacceptable

I had purchased a Groupon which gave opening time of 4:00 p.m., which was incorrect as we were greeted by a very gruff, "We're not open!" After explaining that website states opening at 4pm, a meek voice asked if we could be allowed to sit at bar with a drink while they opened. We were given permission. We asked for their menu of specialty drinks advertised on Groupon & if they could make one. We were told that no one really orders from that menu & they don't have most of the ingredients. So we asked for "Tanqueray & tonics". Bartender had no idea what 'Tanqueray' was. We had to explain, locate on bar shelf, & drink them out of plastic cups! When 5:10pm rolled around, we asked to sit at a table. Server arrived to take our order but explained that we'd need to order alcoholic beverages from bar because she couldn't bring them to table. This was absolutely not as described in Groupon. To top it off, everything described on advertisement wasn't even on the menu! Bad experience all around.

It is probably the only “club” scene in Manchester but if you want good dancing music you have to go outside and pay $5-$10. That isn’t a huge deal but everyone is smoking and there was even a huge fight between staff and guests which was very unappealing and off putting because someone got seriously hurt. It seems they only play the same songs and cater to one demographic (both inside and out). If you go inside it’s super hot, awfully crowded (which is a good and bad thing) and they play the same rave music every time. Im pretty sure there are more songs one could play in a span of 4 hours then repeating the same songs. I do wish that they would switch up the music because I want to be able to dance inside without hookah and kush being blown in my face and I want to actually dance and not jump up and down to the same rave edit. Overall it is a fun spot, just needs a couple of improvements.

Overall this was not what I was expecting at first. But I have LOVED every second. The food was amazing. It seems like it’s gonna be just a bar but they greeted us and treated us just like family. My son enjoyed playing the bean bag toss here. He’s loved it and we were able to eat and he was able to play while we ate. It is family until 10 pm after 10 it’s 21+
Kid-friendliness: They were just so nice to my son. I would come back.
