This place has gone down so bad ! The food is gross they don't complete the the dish that was ordered! How this place stays open is beyond me! Have some pride in your business and make sure what comes out that kitchen is something you would be proud of! This is a poor example of nachos ! Do better or don't do it!

Food was really good, had the baked haddock. Very surprised with how delicious it was! Kind of a weird spot in the back of a casino.Only reason it was 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that our waiter was absolutely horrible. Super slow service, forgot to bring our salads out before the entree, no refills on water unless we asked, etc.

We ordered to go- ordered a cheeseburger club and an actual cheeseburger. My club had nothing but a patty and cheese on it and the burger was just a patty and cheese slapped between two soggy pieces of bread. I will never order from here again.
My first time ordering take out from Southside order a haddock dinner and fried pickles. I was very disappointed. The pickles were thin and over battered all you could taste was the batter. The fish was thin as paper and crumbled when I picked it up. The onion rings were soggy as if those were used to soak up the grease from the fried fish.

So this was our 2nd visit here. The 1st visit was back in July. I don't remember what we had so im not going to say anything about that visit. So tonight was our 2nd time ordering food from here i got a steak tip salad i picked something simple because no one can mess up a salad right? Well i was horribly wrong. I asked for extra dressing that i payed for and didnt get it. It didnt come with the syrian bread which everyone knows that makes the salad. The steak tips were awful. It only came with like 3 medium sized tips and it was raw in the middle. So i ended up throwing those away and just eating the veggies which was ok. My boyfriend ordered the carbonara and he took like a few bites and had to throw that away because it was no carbonara hecever had before he said. So overall the food wasn't great i think they need new recipes or a new cook that can actually cook. The service when going to pick up was okish theres really no place for you to go for "pick up orders" i had to stand at the bar and to me when having to do that with them being busy and all they probably think you're already taken care of because you know you're at the bar. Save your money dont eat or buy food here because youll be disappointed.

Hands down best pizza in Manchester. Sometimes we dine in and play keno while we wait for our food which is fun. Sometimes if you eat in and don't sit at the bar the service is a little slower, but the food is well worth it! Try the Grand Slam, does not disappoint!!!
