Nothing is in stock. Matcha is chunky. No caramel. Dont come here it’s a waste of money. Corporate should look at this place as an example of what not to do.

They had nothing in stock . I ordered a macha and I felt I was dreiking thick spinach. It tasted super bad.

I came in due to my 3$ drink coupon. Cashier was rude, argued with me to go to the bank to get a new 5$ bill AFTER she just gave me one that was nearly ripped in half. Spoke to me like I was stupid cause wifes coupon was expired and we didn't know that when we ordered the second drink. Don't know if she just had a bad day, we were the only customers there, but still, what a nasty experience.

Said they closed at 2:30pm on Christmas, we just sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for coffee and as soon as we got to the ordering booth (at 1:50pm) a man comes out and puts up a sign saying they’re closed, we ask him kindly if we could order one coffee and even said we give a good tip because we waited so long in line and he just rudely says “no.”
What a joke, it’s not our fault you chose to work today.

But i can't help notice that the coffee shop worth 114billion just shrunk the size of the $6 ham and swiss croissant considerably. I know this will net them more money in the end, but wow, i'm just turned off to this brand now.

My friend and I like to come for coffee after the gym several days a week, but the last two visits were not good! We order at the counter, and the staff acts as though you arent there for a good 2 or 3 minutes before finally coming to wait on you! Never does someone say “we will be right with you” or any acknowledgment. That is infuriating. Our coffee came up but croissants never did until I went up and asked about them. Next visit same ingnoring us, then the woman that waited on us put 2 splenda when I asked for 2 sugar in the register and when I corrected her shewas very rude and said she heard me the first time. I will give them one last shot and if I don’t get decent service like I used to there, we will find another coffee shop to go to.

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff treats the customers like you are there for them. There are so many better coffee spots in Manchester that I will go to before I ever go here again.

Went through the drive through with my mom and we ordered coffee and I asked for a penguin cookie. We got to the window we got our coffee but I NEVER GOT MY COOKIE!!

Usually it's wicked good service in there but I had to mark down on atmosphere for my last visit to this location. I unfortunately witnessed what appeared to be a supervisor of some kind laying into an employee behind the counter in front of the whole store, other employees and customers alike. I don't know what happened but honestly that was the most unprofessional display I've seen in a while. It was a woman doing the berating and yelling. I feel like the supervisors need to get retrained on how they handle their employees. There were so many ways she could have talk to them without having to embarrass them infront of customers the way she did.

I mobile order a coffee this morning. When I arrived about 10-15 minutes later it was not ready. You could clearly see that the barista was overwhelmed and backed up. I waited a bit and a manager of some sort came in the front and lended a hand.
Yes they were both overwhelmed and working as fast as they possibly could. I kindly went us to them, because I had to go, I was ready to cut my losses and just move on with my day. I just did not want them waisting time on me as other people were waiting. They kindly asked me what my drink was and quickly made my drink! I was not expecting that!

Person that handed me my drink was very kind and said sorry for the wait, we had a call out.
Thank you to the staff that work there and go above and beyond for your customer! It’s not always easy but we all appreciate you!

Ps even for a quick coffee it was delicious!
