Preoccupied by my own thoughts all day, I had forgotten to feed my poor dehydrated excuse of a body. I RUSHED to Subway hoping to consume a couple foot long subs. I got there just in time as Ben and Anthony were getting ready to close up shop. With a swift slice of a knife Anthony cut a perfect slits down the italian herb n cheese loaf of bread for my subs. Anthony effortlessly crafted two subs, and a conversation with me, while engaging with other customers and directing his coworker. Give that man a raise. Please.

I came in about noon. The best subway club I’ve had in a long time. Staff were very pleasant and kind. Felt like I’ve know them my whole life even though they are strangers. Very pleased with service and the amount of time it took to get my food. Thank you again.

Long story short, employee was in the bathroom for at least 20 minutes while multiple customers were looking for him in the Employee Only office, behind the counter, we went into the freezers in case he locked himself in there. There was an Out of Order sign on the bathroom but we knocked multiple times just in case he was in there. He eventually came out of the bathroom and nonchalantly said sorry for the wait but he had to go to the bathroom lol. Multiple customers came and went while we waited. Anyone could have tampered with the food, rummaged through business records, etc. You never know what you're going to get here.

Placed a mobile order at this location on Sept.9 and received a sub made on stale bread. Called the location and spoke to a rude employee who indicated he was the manager. Followed up with an online submission via the Subway website and was put in contact with area manager Gerri-Lynn, who indicated she would put in a refund request. It has been more than three weeks, and I still have yet to receive the refund. Gerri-Lynn has not responded to follow up voicemail messages and emails. Awful customer service and an all around awful experience. Deceitful and dishonest. Avoid this location and any other operated by the Beckwith Corporation.

went to Subway for my 30 minute break expecting just to enjoy a $14 sub be in an out. ordered it through the online app and it said it would be ready at 12:15. I arrived at 12, hoping to maybe get them to make it a little early since of my limited time. instead this “manager” says the order hasn’t been processed yet and she cannot make the sub. she asked if I had the right location and I replied yes and showed it to her. after this, she still proceeded to demand her, not making the sub. me gaining frustration. I showed her my bank account with the sub paid for. she demanded me to leave the store. she proceeds to say she doesn’t make enough money for her to make the sub. and keep in mind I am one of the few people in the store. after being there for about 20 minutes I finally said f it I will pay it again. so in total, I spent $28 for a foot long. I would love to speak to an actual manager/owner. to be honest with you I don’t even need the $14 refund. I will never be back at this location. All I ask for the real owner is to probably reconsider if she’s a good worker so this situation doesn’t arise again.

My sandwich was just ok . Service ok , but what stands out for me is that I couldn't use the rest room to wash my hands , was told there is no rest room . I've never heard of a sandwich shop that didn't have a rest room .

Holy this is the worst subway ive ever been to don’t bother giving them your business
The only two workers are smoking cigarettes outside. We walk in and nobody is around. Those two filthy people walk in and insult us. So we left and didn't order anything because their smoke contaminated the food

I brought my son in on Wednesday night. He wanted to go but I hate going in that place at night!The guy working I'd never seen before and was wicked friendly! My son really liked him too. Food was great. Chicken ranch was what I got and OMG amazingLast two times I went in I was served by a miserable junkie whos been there a while and seemed to be nodding off and the second visit there was nobody there. I waited 10 min. Stayed away ever since. They hire very gross people and have homeless addicts do their cleaning at night.This guy was great!Typed this up about a week ago but went back the other night to the same blonde haired woman nodding off while talking to her phone.I don't understand how this is allowed to go on

We came to this subway unannounced with a large group. The employee working was amazing and provided exceptional service to everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Really disappointed when my husband brought our small toddler in to use the bathroom he was told he would have to purchase a 6inch sub in order to use the bathroom. Really disappointed with the level of customer courtesy considering the situation. We would have gladly just bought a drink or small snack after using the bathroom but not even allowing to use it prior is ridiculous.

Great food, of course. The thing is they usually employ junkies, so depending on when you go there the customer service can vary from great to annoying.
