I brought my son in on Wednesday night. He wanted to go but I hate going in that place at night!The guy working I'd never seen before and was wicked friendly! My son really liked him too. Food was great. Chicken ranch was what I got and OMG amazingLast two times I went in I was served by a miserable junkie whos been there a while and seemed to be nodding off and the second visit there was nobody there. I waited 10 min. Stayed away ever since. They hire very gross people and have homeless addicts do their cleaning at night.This guy was great!Typed this up about a week ago but went back the other night to the same blonde haired woman nodding off while talking to her phone.I don't understand how this is allowed to go on

Really disappointed when my husband brought our small toddler in to use the bathroom he was told he would have to purchase a 6inch sub in order to use the bathroom. Really disappointed with the level of customer courtesy considering the situation. We would have gladly just bought a drink or small snack after using the bathroom but not even allowing to use it prior is ridiculous.

Not sure what's up with Subway lately, but this is the 2nd one I've had (out of desperation) that served a decent sandwich. The produce was fresh and their slicer looks like it is being used. I was pleasantly surprised with the sandwich, but whatever you do - don't use their bathroom. I would have walked out and starved had I known how disgusting that is. For the price, you can support a better sandwich ship.

I went in and bought 2 cookies and a drink and I was told that I could not use the restroom unless i ordered i sub.She then proceeded to tell me there's a lot of overdoses in the area meanwhile I was unaware that if addicts purchase a sub in prevents overdosing in a restroom.To top it off the girl looked like she was high herself she had colored hair pinkish and her pupils were constricted. Opiotes or suboxine im guessing.Very inhuman.Kid-friendliness: Not even adult friendly.
Old lady that works there seems miserable and gives the worst attitude. I asked for a little more spinach and she goes “I think that’s enough spinach” while her face looks like the grinch that stole Christmas ?. Has no problem swearing at customers either.

This is worst restaurant of Subway!!!. Worst Customer service. Don't care to pay attentions to the customer orders. Had to wait for 10 minutes for the order and the staff was busy chit chatting among themselves. No proper sanitation. The staff busy smoking outside the store and smell very bad. They argue needlessly and answer rudely while placing the order.

Ordered a basic ham and cheese. They made, and tried to charge me for, the ultra deluxe grand slam ham. Only after a minute of arguing and saying I'ld wait through the line again so they could make the sandwich I ordered and they could throw away the wrong one, did they finally adjust the price to what I ordered. Material cost: $2. Actual cost: loss of a customer and every meal they would order again.

Talk about jacking prices up and slow service. Lets not forget not allowed to eat in or use the bathrooms. Just left. Glad market basket was right around the corner. Better food, better prices!

DHHS or wny government agency needs to check this place out. The staff are not clean, and there is no customer service at all. The woman is super rude and will not let anyone use the bathroom so she doesn't have to clean it after. I have seen her kick out a pregnant woman that had an emergency and did not let her use the bathroom. Ill never come back here and would highly recommend not to eat here.
