The general men that helped me tonight did a great job. They were friendly, polite, and professional.
I went there tonight 10/20/24 around 7:50pm to pick up my online order, there were two employees, one of them looked like a homeless guy, he was "cleaning" the floor. He did it with very bad intentions, like throwing trash at my feet, a woman came in and he almost hit her with the broom. If the manager cares he should watch the video from tonight and fire this guy immediately.

Went in to get some lunch. The guy behind the counter refused to serve me. Claiming "The manager had to do it." Probably not going to come back ever again. If you're behind the counter it's your job to serve customers and not whine. Also there was nobody else in the restaurant except for two people. One who was eating....

Usually the sandwiches over at this location are sub par at best. Today we had Henry build our sandwiches, and provided excellent service. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was too excited to eat.

The girls here are really nice. Pleasant. This is by far the best subway
Just figured everyone should know don't show up 20 minutes before clothes and expect for them to serve you because they're getting ready to close and can't be bothered by a customer coming in........ Not like their food is any good anyways every time I go in they always mess up on something and the staff has horrible attitudes!!!!! If they had a negative rating that's what I would give wish I lived closer to the one on elm

I love this particular location. The servers are always polite and friendly. They make ordering easy, and are very careful when it comes to changing gloves etc. for my food allergies.

Only one worker working in the establishment on Sunday.. two people in line and she’s working on mobile orders. Knew we had to wait awhile and had to use the restroom. Get down there and realize you need a code to get in. I go back to the front and ask her for the code and she says “you’ll have to wait and give me a few minutes I’m busy right now” will never go back. We walked out and went to Jersey Mikes. Side note, I could have swore it was illegal for an employee to work alone. I understand they keep the bathrooms locked because they don’t want people going in and overdosing on stuff but this is ridiculous
