Usually the sandwiches over at this location are sub par at best. Today we had Henry build our sandwiches, and provided excellent service. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was too excited to eat.

Just figured everyone should know don't show up 20 minutes before clothes and expect for them to serve you because they're getting ready to close and can't be bothered by a customer coming in........ Not like their food is any good anyways every time I go in they always mess up on something and the staff has horrible attitudes!!!!! If they had a negative rating that's what I would give wish I lived closer to the one on elm

I love this particular location. The servers are always polite and friendly. They make ordering easy, and are very careful when it comes to changing gloves etc. for my food allergies.Dietary restrictions: They are very good at changing gloves, and/or preparing the other orders separately from mine.

Only one worker working in the establishment on Sunday.. two people in line and she’s working on mobile orders. Knew we had to wait awhile and had to use the restroom. Get down there and realize you need a code to get in. I go back to the front and ask her for the code and she says “you’ll have to wait and give me a few minutes I’m busy right now” will never go back. We walked out and went to Jersey Mikes. Side note, I could have swore it was illegal for an employee to work alone. I understand they keep the bathrooms locked because they don’t want people going in and overdosing on stuff but this is ridiculous

2 nights ago I ordered a couple subs. The app said they were ready for pick up. When I arrived, the open sign was lit, the lights were on, but the store was locked. Some lady sitting in a car said that the employee left due to a family emergency. Emergencies happen, I get it. I called the store to no answer. Left messages for the manager to call me to get a refund....no call back yet. Emailed corporate twice, still waiting for an answer. Where is the customer service?

Hi, I would love to take the time to greatly thank one of your employees by the name of Gerald. My daughter and I was driving through on vacation. He made me a BMT and my daughter a Ham sub. It was by far one of the best sandwiches we could've had. Please let him know that he did amazing and deserves appreciation.

Employees were arguing and swearing back and forth, they seemed to not know that there were other people in the building. I appreciate all those working in general, but it was pushed a little too far. I’m far from picky, but the sub I ordered came out looking, and feeling like heavy clam chowder. Hearing one employee from out back swearing about the customers, adds to it.

I wish I would of read reviews before I went. It wasn't even worth the BOGO. NO FRESH MEATS,BREADS OR VEGGIES. OUT OF EVERYTHING BREAD HAD TO BE DAY OLD DRY AS HECK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. EMPLOYEES WERE CUSING AS THEY SO CALLED MADE OUR SANDWICHES. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO WRAP EM. I COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT IT WAS SO DRY AND NOT GOOD...VERY SAD. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND TO WASTE IT ON THIS PLACE MAKES ME ANGRY!!

Out of tuna and lettuce poor guy was working alone and he was new... No ice in ice machine soda were flat and warm couldn't get a refund because guy didn't know how to do it (not his fault) no napkins and sodas dispenser was all mixed up fanta was iced tea carbonated at that.... I will never return to this location.....
