Had a note attached saying they had no ham. Yet I paid for it. Basically no meat at all on the sandwich. What a joke. Asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes on another. Almost nothing!!

I only gave the food a 3 star rating because the combo of the BMT had a nice flavor. I'm sad that I can't post a pic because this is the 3rd time I've ordered different subs, and all have been pathetic!! This place should be called subroll, not subway. A slice of each topping for each side of a 6 in sub is what you get. If you plan on selling pathetic subs, start advertising what your really selling and stop raving about your huge subs because you dont make any such thing!. No wonder why Jared(the guy that used to advertise weight loss after eating only ur subs for a year) lost a tons of weight-- you serve bread subs. Stop lying by posting ads of big, wonderful subs because they're the most pathetic subs I've ever purchased. I stopped eating at Subway after only trying them a few times about 15 yrs ago . I decided that due to a deal to try again, nothing changed
The same pathetic waste of money subs is still being made. The steak subs are precooked meat that sits in one of the refrigerated little trays that hold the veggies , cheese, meats, etc. I wouldn't order from them again, after 4 disgracelul subs from this store , hopefully other subways are different because if not, I expect their high prices, skimpy subs and the fact that they now ask if u want to leave a tip for the sub maker, seriously? So I guess we need to start tipping Mc Donalds, BK, Wendy's burger cooks,,bathroom and DR cleaners, our mechanic, drywaller, roofer, UPS/fed ex and our mailman, accountant etc,,,,,, So sick of the increase in tipping for any and everthing- next , walmart/store greeters will be next to have their hand or can out.cause this tipping bs is out of control especially when Subway subs are nothing like the commercial and are tway over priced for a slice of meat, a slice of cheese and what ever veggies and not worth more than $5 for a foot long, its just not worth it. Stop the False advertising. I expect you to be the next franchise to close because people can by subrolls if they want a roll of bread. ( these pics are from the Italian BMT and Chix ranch sub)

This used to be our spot to stop. while it's still subway, this place has gone downhill. It's understaffed and now there are no bathrooms for customers because, as it was explained to us, the owner thinks there are many "homeless
people".

Worst service ever. Sandwich maker oblivious to task at hand. Seemed barely functional. Did not have my sandwich ordered from the web. They had never heard of it. They made a me sandwich to keep me quiet. Never got a receipt. Avoid this location!

I love this Subway but the problem I’m finding is that the online orders don’t take priority, I sent in an online order waited 15 minutes the. Left my house getting there 5 minutes later they still haven’t made my food and said if you have an online order it will be awhile as you can see I have a line, I won’t be using the app again

It seems like the Subways in our area get bad reviews. I would like to say that I have been to this Subway twice recently and will go back again. I was there today. The woman who waited on me was very pleasant and accommodating. My wrap was good.

Messy and dirty storefront filled with employee belongings and clothing including shoes taking up various seats throughout the restaurant. Rude employee. 20+ minute wait just to order when I was the only paying customer in the restaurant. Bathroom reeked of marijuana. Urine all over the toilet seat. Prioritized long online orders over in store customer. Meat counter blocked from customer view which I have never seen at any subway across hundreds of locations on the East and West coast, in the North or South. The employee understood "two meats please" as double meat for both meats mentioned, and charged me for such which I would have been able to correct had I been able to see the sandwich being made. In total I was in the store for 33 minutes to just order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. A few cents shy of $40 total. Originally I was going to give a higher rating for the food as the employee had made a full looking sandwich but considering that the order was actually incorrect, that point is invalid. The employee tried to say the bread was cold which "made it a bit stiff" but the reality was that the bread was blatantly stale. The green peppers appeared and tasted old. The baby spinach looked old and the employee even tossed it a bit to look for fresher leaves at the bottom of the tin.

Go absolutely anywhere else, whether you're looking for a quick meal or a made to order sandwich. There's plenty of competition in the area. This store does not deserve your hard earned money.

Not happy with the customer service. The employees were very rude when I contacted the store due to an error in the order; I was told that it was at no fault of theres. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry, this is horrible customer service.

Was in your west side establishment yesterday at around 330 pm.

Both myself and my husband stopped by to use the restrooms.
The girl working allowed my husband (2 bags, and open carrying) use the restroom with no problem. Whereas myself ( tiny Latin woman) was told I needed to buy something. No clear consistency and kinda seemed prejudice in tone. Please correct this employees behavior and hygiene as the smell was enough to be a warning as to my interaction.

This location needs improvement. I ordered two identical subs via the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived, an employee was having a smoke outside. As I pulled up, they stuck their smoke into the sign on the wall and headed inside. Two customers entered the store, placed orders, received their food, and left. Finally, after 14 min, they brought me orfer out and told me, "We don't do curbside pickup, so I can't use that option in the future."

Got to my destination and discovered my subs were made 50% correct. Neither had cheese or lettuce as ordered. I added a note to toast one and leave the other cold. Both were toasted.

Based on other reviews, this seems to be a long-standing trend of apathy. If anyone who cares reads this, please take some corrective action.

Went to get subs. Pretty simple when you order online and no customers are inside to take your time making a sub. But nope. This is what I got. Two absolutely not toasted and uneatable soggy rolls. Thanks to that employee working at 4:45 on Father’s Day 2024. She was outside smoking instead of taking pride in her work. Let me just walk in with no one in the store and grabbed my sub.

Too bad! The last time I went there was this guy who looked a little distracted.. he toasted the bread way too much that almost was not edible, like a rock. I told him not much onion and he put a bunch he over did my subway with 2 times extra lettuce that I didn’t order… I don’t know what was going on with that guy but it’s not doing a good job he needs supervision. The time I went there before I had a different experience it was a little girl very good at what she was doing I don’t know what happened to her too bad…
