Hard bread, bad customer survice, no drinks, no napkins and no bags. $14 for a sandwich is a complete joke
Got to this location, waited for 20 minutes and there was only 1 other person in front of me. I ordered a sub and the guy told me he was outta bread. It took him a long time to make simple sandwich, the other person working there was standing around and not interested in doing her job. I ordered a meal and they had barely any drinks left. I told him my food was for here and he still prepared it as it was to go and had and attitude when I had to correct him. After that I sat down and ate my sandwich and it was burnt and hard as a rock. I don't recommend this place, the staff look like they don't want to be here.

Also Subway: $18 for a sub and a drink and they don't even have a napkin despenser. Subway, like many other fast food chains have lost the plot and their identity, which is to provide an inexpensive alternative to other restaurants.

Today's I saw something that I could not stayed quiet, because is not right. I was waiting for my order, and the person serving to a customer named Sam, was talking loud to a customer. First of all, what ever issue you have leave it at home, we all have problem's. If you don't like your job, find something else. But don't come aggravating with you attitude, and the funny thing she change her attitude when a couple enter. A person like her, need to change her way of thinking. Don't like your job, find something else

The Manager here was amazing easy to talk and definitely cares about his job. Came in during a rush and still got the order out on time.

This place is downright, awful! I am not sure how they remain open. They hire scum bags to run the store and work it. They are all junkies, criminals or both. Today was the final straw for me. This is the second issue I have had with this place and it's employees, in less than a years, time. Today, the woman with the busted, rotted and missing teeth, who calls herself a "manager" told me the restrooms are not public, when in fact, if you serve food, they absolutely are. This will warrant a visit to and an investigation launched by the health department and I am not just saying this, I am going to actually go visit the health department tomorrow, because I found the law that was written, back in 2022. It states the only food places exempt from this are, food carts and those other mobile food service businesses. Subway qualifies as neither. And I may have a medical condition, which will further the issue. She should learn the laws and not sit there with her crack brain, debating something that she knows nothing about. She is an absolute scum bag, and has that written all over her face. That's ok, because I am not done and am going to absolutely further this. People like this woman can't get real jobs, because they don't possess any brains capable of learning and absorbing the necessary material to be successful, and then of course, she'll never pass a drug test. That I would bet on.Enjoy!??

Ordered on doordash a footlong Grand slam number 99 and only got half a sandwich everything was sealed up so clearly the Dasher didn't take anything literally spent $30 and didn't receive the correct size
I go in to this location all of the time usually have a good thing to say but (Lindsay) and the other lady that’s working seems to hate their jobs very much not customer friendly I paid for my stuff and she forgot Somthing I said something and got a attitude for it and then she did what ever she had to do and just left me standing their and gave it to me with a attitude I was the only customer that was in their. They also have ear pods in so I don’t know if they are listening and hearing me or what…..Very unhappy with my experience here….

Deafening music being played and none of the cases stocked when we walked in at 2pm. No employees in sight. We were in assumption they were not open and the store had been abandoned. We left.

Reallyweird behavior
Door slams super loud. Annoying makes you not want to eat in. Bathrooms disgusting, pee All over. Service was so slow, poor girl working here was so slow and all alone no one else to help her. She was so slow. We ordered ahead and came in to pick up our sandwiches and she was serving new customers and not doing ours. Will not come back to this location.

I walked in to this subway and a woman was having her order taken by a young girl who appeared to be training. She was being ridiculed by the woman with the purple hair. She threatened to write her up for not putting the order in correctly and the girl seemed visibly upset. She was being embarrassed in front of customers by this woman. A trainee should not be treated lesser than or like they are stupid simply because they are new. Nor should they be threatened to be written up. The purple haired woman also was scootering out of of the store with a cigarette in her mouth through the food making area. The whole atmosphere was dirty and un cleanly. I would not give my business to this Subway. Don’t mistreat employees.
