Ordered online via the website. After ordering, I realized I accidentally selected delivery.
I called the store to let them know about my mistake, apologized, and asked that I be able to be pick it up.
I was told that it was fine and to drive over. When I arrived, I was told that they gave it to a doordash driver instead.
They did not offer any remedy for the situation other than to figure out where this delivery was being delivered to and try and recover it that way. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or for telling me that I could pick it up in person or for not calling me after they decided to give it away anyways.
I definitely got the impression from the staff there that they believed it was entirely my fault and I just had to deal with it. I just expected better customer sevice for the price.
The Ruban was passable and like something you would make at home.
The coffee's have been great, but now I don't feel so comfortable coming back.
If you order here, skip the food and make sure you don’t make any mistakes. You are on your own.

My favorite cafe I have tried in Manchester area thus far. The interior is well decorated and very pleasing to the eye. I ordered a lavender vanilla matcha, and it was very well made. I tried one of the bagel sandwiches and a crepe. Both dishes tasted very good. The baristas were friendly. Food and drinks will be brought to your table. You order at the counter and bring your food to the nearby trash when done. Highly recommend and 10/10.

I get coffee here almost every day. For a place that uses Torani syrups, they make really good lattes! I think switching out Torani syrups for Monin (or homemade!) would elevate their coffee game, but that's just a suggestion from someone a little too into coffee.
My only complaint is that a half decaf latte costs an extra $1.50 but I'm not going to bother docking a point or anything like that lol
