Over 35 minutes for some tacos. Really? The sticky floors and dirty tables really helped sell the experience. Honestly, corporate should just bulldoze the place and start over from scratch.

I would avoid this location if at all possible. Ordered via the app (which has less options than other area locations from the looks of it, since I almost ordered from the wrong location and then had to rework my order after swapping to South Willow). What the app told me would be a 5ish minute wait ended up taking well over 30 minutes and after just wanting to get out of there before getting completely blocked into the parking lot with stacked up cars in the drive thru, half of my order wasn't in the bag. Wasn't going to go back and wait another 30 minutes just for fast food.

I get out of work very late every night. Taco Bell is the only thing open and sometimes I don’t feel like cooking after a long day. I have been avoiding this place because the last couple times I went it’s always “online orders only”. I went today, drove out of my way and again was told “only online orders”. Then advertise that. You look on google it says they are open until 4 am. I don’t understand the difference between online and drive- through. Message to owner I don’t understand how you make money turning away multiple drive through customers every night.

This taco bell is decent, but every time I get drinks or a slush from the drive through it literally tastes like toilet water. I am unsure if the machines are dirty, or it's the water supply...but it is a tad gross.

Bad Taco Bell.
Tastes great when they portion well and make no mistakes (80% of the time) but it feels like it's getting harder and harder to get things I'd actually like.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Employees are rude and not to mention the body odor as soon as you enter the building. The managers are rude as hell and can't do their job as they should. Smells of sewage. Will Be contacting the health department this place will be shut down.
They always forget something. Whether it is an entire meal, singular items, or just sauces and stuff like that- the order is NEVER fully complete. Super unfortunate. There was a manager from out of town working there a few weeks ago and she made sure everything was correct, but nobody else seems to care or check at all.

My fiance and I ordered out from the willow street location, and we are far from pleased with tonight’s service. Not only was our order missing a side of nacho fries, but none of the supreme tacos I ordered had sour cream on them. Two of our drinks were wrong as well. We are very disappointed and will be looking to other Taco Bell locations from now on.
Went to the drive through on my way to work and the chick with so many piercings named Krystal put trash in my bag!

I get that they are young and underpaid but these workers are so rude. They ignore you and act like you are bothering them by existing. Also it’s like pulling teeth trying to get hot sauce

I’ve spent 15 minutes waiting for my food and still haven’t received it. The tables are disgusting, there’s only 3 workers and they’ve continuously messed up other peoples orders in time we were here. Will not be returning.

This place checked all the boxes, in a bad way. The food took forever, employees hardly acknowledged our presence or said anything about the delay, order was missing several items, they didn't give us any napkins or sauce, and the food was also pretty cold even once it was ready. Then the place was also pretty dirty. It wasn't super busy and there were lots of employees around, so no real reason for this was evident. This is the worst Bell I've been to.
