I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. I am not from the area and assumed the location to pick it up was correct. I was wrong. So I drove 25 minutes to the next location. I was wrong, again. It was at least another 20 minutes away. At this point I am acknowledging that my pepsi will be water downed by the melted ice, my crunch wrap will have no crunch and any lettuce will be wilted. When I finely reach the right taco bell, I am surprised that I saved almost 4 dollars using the app. When I reach the window, I am greeted by the sweetest, most friendly young lady getting my order. She pours me a FRESH pepsi, and I tell you now, the freshest crunch wrap I have ever ordered! In fact, my crunch wraps have NEVER crunched in all the years I've been ordering them! The food was hot and delicious! I will make this my permanent location for ordering, even if it is 4 miles farther than the other location! This Taco Bell just raised the standards and made a very unhappy woman, very happy indeed!! Thank you!!

All orders begin with AI. No customer service skills from employees. Missing 2 items paid for. Went in and the employee said we would have to pay for them (again!) even though receipt and bag were in hand and clearly missing items already paid for

Terrible service and speed. Always takes AT LEAST 10 minutes. If youre a consumer, expect to wait a long time. If youre a door dasher, just decline the order.
I asked the man who is plus sized with glasses I did not ask for his name but I asked if I could order a box and he said it’s only online so I ordered and paid then not even a min after a man came in asking if their was a box with chalupas in it and the lady proceeded to tell him yes it has this this and this and a drink do you wanna substitute anything and he said no thanks and paid and I was like wait a minute the other man just said no only online and here you have the man a box from your computer not online so it’s very obvious the man did not wanna help and did not want to really do anything as he was moving very slow and did not care to help out his team member so very disappointed at this location if I could give zero stars to everything I could and would worst experience in my life

The guy at the window just has a blah attitude not friendly at all and he doesn't listen very well when I said hot sauce please he never gave the sauce

Absolutely horrendous service. Extremely slow don’t waste your time here go elsewhere. We wasted 40minutes after ordering online and waiting for pickup.

Please take more staff in if you are struggling to keep up with pace or pay better. Absurd to wait 30 min on top of 20 min for an online order. Also let the drive through pack up with people so people know to run when they show up. It’s dishonest and disgusting

Over 35 minutes for some tacos. Really? The sticky floors and dirty tables really helped sell the experience. Honestly, corporate should just bulldoze the place and start over from scratch.

I would avoid this location if at all possible. Ordered via the app (which has less options than other area locations from the looks of it, since I almost ordered from the wrong location and then had to rework my order after swapping to South Willow). What the app told me would be a 5ish minute wait ended up taking well over 30 minutes and after just wanting to get out of there before getting completely blocked into the parking lot with stacked up cars in the drive thru, half of my order wasn't in the bag. Wasn't going to go back and wait another 30 minutes just for fast food.

I get out of work very late every night. Taco Bell is the only thing open and sometimes I don’t feel like cooking after a long day. I have been avoiding this place because the last couple times I went it’s always “online orders only”. I went today, drove out of my way and again was told “only online orders”. Then advertise that. You look on google it says they are open until 4 am. I don’t understand the difference between online and drive- through. Message to owner I don’t understand how you make money turning away multiple drive through customers every night.

This taco bell is decent, but every time I get drinks or a slush from the drive through it literally tastes like toilet water. I am unsure if the machines are dirty, or it's the water supply...but it is a tad gross.
