It's a newer location so the atmosphere is nice. The service and food quality leave much yo be desired, even for Taco Bell. Of the few times I've ordered from this location, the tacos and burritos have been soggy, not hot, and constructed so poorly I needed a fork. The staff at the window is quick to walk away repeatedly and it can be hard to ask for a fork or sauce, which they usually treat as a major inconvenience. I'll stick with South Willow or Second St locations from now on, as the experience at those locations has been much more pleasant (and edible).

I think we all know what to expect from Taco Bell. But when considering the egregious waiting times, the rude staff, and the half-hearted food, this location is truly scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I should suggest just going to the South Willow location. Or I could even suggest heading to La Carreta, which is right next door (you’ll probably be in and out quicker). However, I think I’m just gonna suggest starving over eating at this location.

BEST TACO BELL IN NH!! I’m sure I’m like most of you where I don’t go to much because it’s like a waste of money everytime. it’s always made wrong! well I’ve found the one where you don’t have to be worried about wasting your money. I’ve been to this location 3 times all spread out and not once have they messed up my order. I normally get modifications made to my food so it’s nice to actually get it made right and good for once. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It’s like they actually don’t mind working there where at other Taco Bell’s you can tell they don’t care about your food or you. Whatever the manager is doing over here keep it up!!

The team today was fun. There was a guy training someone, while dealing with a DoorDash scam, but the mood was fun today!

I would NOT recommend going here to dine in unless you 1) have copious time to sit around and wait while you watch drive thru order after drive thru order get processed ahead of your order, as they prioritize the drive thru above everything else (dine in, mobile orders, and DoorDash/UberEats/Grubhub). We sat there for 47 minutes waiting for 3 simple items...a soft taco, a soft taco ? Supreme and a big beefy burrito ?...and after waiting all that time, the taco Supreme had no cheese or tomato (basically turned into a regular soft taco) and the burrito was full of beans but no beef. I would SINCERELY advise the management of this franchisee to A) find some employees who have SOME level of hustle/urgency & B) streamline the order of operations by having 1 side of tbe prep Island handle ONLY drive thru and DoorDash/Uber/GrubHub orders while the other side handles the "in house" and mobile orders....just my 2 cents...

Food was great (remember, it’s Taco Bell not a hundred year old family owned gourmet Mexican taco joint). Staff were courteous and friendly (they actually make eye contact while talking with you!). Dining room was clean and appropriate.

Parking: Probably a dozen or fifteen spots by the main door

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid options

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right near door

About as typical as taco bells get. A bit of a congested location but I'm not complaining.

Food was very sloppy, not we'll put together. Everything fell apart the minute I picked it up. The crunchwrap supreme that was ordered was not made properly and was very soggy. Meet was running with orange
Grease. Not the best experience there.
