This used to be a twice a month trip. No more. This will be my last. One hour after confirming we were here we were brought to a table. 1.5 hours later we got our meals.
Not a single grain of salt him my steak. And not rare.
Not once did the waitress ask us if we wanted refills. She forgot to bring all of our food.
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. All of my pleasant visits erased by one so bad it is unexplainable.
My shadow will never darken this door again.

I've always enjoyed the laid back atmosphere at all of the Texas Roadhouse locations I've visited. The food is usually consistent and fills you up. Today's fish and chips was a letdown, the batter was wicked thick and undercooked. My son loved the Mac and cheese (of course) and the rest of the food was as usual. Our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was good. I wish you could still toss the peanut shells on the floor. ☹️ I also wish they had a lunch menu.

Arrived at 5:15 for dinner on a Friday night. 15-25min wait. No problem. Ended up waiting 35mins. Sat down at 5:55 with our 6yr old & 2yr old. Ordered drinks & when they arrived we immediately ordered our food. 2 orders of kids mini burgers, fried chicken & filet. We waited, and waited and waited for our food. Our waitress was not even phased by the fact that all the ppl around us were eating even though they sat after us. 30mins after ordering we asked how much longer and she just shrugged us off. We FINALLY RECEIVED our food at 6:50! An hour after we ordered!! Mind you this wasn’t anything special. They literally gave me a plate with nothing but a fried chicken cutlet on it. Never again. I get it’s busy, but the fact that it took an hour to get our food and our waitress could care less says it all! Also 2 plates were shattered behind me on 2 separate occasions and they even had to check to see if I got hit!
