I placed online to be pickup by 11:45am on 1-31-25. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes which is disappointing.
I will not return to this place even though closest Thai to me. Food is just so so.
Daw Kun Thai in Manchester Is much more, delicious and definitely more authentic Thai cuisine plus **free**parking.

I came for dinner around 5:00 p.m. with seated quickly. The service was great! The chefs were happy singing songs together.
The eggs rolls were delicious, perfectly fried and the sauce was great.
I had the green curry with tofu, it was unbearably spicy. I was only able to eat a quarter of it and had to take the rest home. I wish they would have asked me the spice level on the curry.

Ordered gyudon beef bowl for delivery . Based off the picture on the website the beef is cooked in a sauce and is darker. Along with looking like a sauce is still on it.
The order I received is very grey at most tan beef that is very dry and likely just steamed. It does not have any flavor and is very chewy. Along with only 2 pieces of the ginger that is supposed to be in it.
I called the restaurant to clarify what the order is supposed to be like. The person said that it is cooked in the sauce but then does not have any on it. I said the beef is very grey and he said that it is darker in the picture than what they make.
Overall, very dry meat, not what is shown on the website, and the service over the phone just confirmed what they serve is not what is pictured. Also did not send any silverware, napkins, etc.

Waited 90 minutes for my food the first time I came. I gave it a second try. After the bartender sat us, a server never came and we left after 10 mins. Very disappointing. Walked down the street to Taj India and had a great meal.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. Thé food was quite bland. Thé pad Thai was overly sweet; thé fried rice tasted like wok. So many other options available on Elm Street.

Ordered on door dash. Was told 45min when I ordered at 5:15pm. Dasher was at restaurant well before the order was ready. 6:03 pm called the restaurant and was told “packing up the salad now” 6:54 pm food arrived cold!! We did order a salad and soup. Soup must have been hot when it was bagged because it sat on top of the salad and by the time it hit my door we had a hot salad and cold soup amongst the other items we ordered.
Been here a couple times and never an issue but now the last 2 times have been nothing but problems.
Thank god I ordered thru door dash so my order was protected in order to get a refund.
I wouldn’t order out from this place I would just go there. In theory You should be able to order out and still enjoy your dinner but I guess not with this restaurant.

Ordered online and picked it up, food was great but was missing 3 out of 6 items. Called back and they said that they would remake it and would only take a few minutes. Drove all the way back and sat for 45 min while no employee came up to me. After 45 min they said they are still working on it. Not a great experience at all for paying over $70
Worst Thai food in Manchester 🤮 I got the Pad Thai and it was burnt. The noodles were mushy and so dry. I took a few bites and couldn’t finish it, I had to throw the rest out. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. Definitely not going back

The new male bartender is not friendly at all. He's rude. He should be washing dishes not dealing with customers.
