I like the ambiance of this restaurant, but think the entrees are overpriced relative to similar caliber restaurants. I would go again for drinks and music in the bar, but likely will avoid this place for dinner in the future.

Food was good but portions were incredibly small, especially for the 50$ scallops which had maybe 6 tiny scallops and no sides. Not a good value for the price

Simply incredible! Everything from the food to the service. First service, Ian was very knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions on what to try. He was extremely attentive and our glasses never went empty. Just as important, the quality of the food. Huge kudos to the chef on his/her creativity. Everything we tried was such a welcome explosion of flavor. It's one of the best restaurants we've been to in a long time - and we dine out pretty frequently and travel constantly. One review mentioned food portions were small - must have been the dish they ordered because our portions were more than even my "second-helping" husband could eat. We started with the pumpkin soup and garden salad. Very, very fresh. I had the mushroom and rice with chicken - and took home enough for lunch Really good mix of flavor....can't remember what my husband had, but he made a point of saying that we're definitely going to go back because the food was so good. Can't believe it took us three years to finally try The Foundry. Atmosphere is nice and tables aren't jammed together, which is a welcome change from most of the Manchester restaurants. Their outside seating area already has the heaters up (mid-September) and it's a really pretty view overlooking the river. I'm writing more than usual because it was just so good!!

Not inexpensive, but excellent food and service. Many GF options for those of us with celiac. If you have the money, it's definitely a place to put on your list.

The Sunday brunch buffet is way overpriced for what you get. It's hard to do great quality food in a buffet, and there were hits and misses. If you plan to gorge on oysters and smoked salmon, then the $38 a person price is probably worth it. But if you are not a big eater who will get a little of everything, I don't think it's worth it. It also feels really off putting when they don't show the buffet price anywhere beforehand, so the bill is a bit shocking after mediocre brunch.

We always have a good time at the Foundry and this was no different. Staff is always friendly. Food and drinks arrived promptly and were excellent. The build your own charcuterie is a great option! We sat on the patio and it was perfect!

Seated quickly, server was personable, and informative, the haddock and scallop dishes were perfectly cooked and well plated. The place appeared about 1/2 to 3/4 full but it was loud. Still, a very nice dinner

We always enjoy dinner at the Foundry! The staff is amazing, food is always on point and we feel well taken care of and are not rushed! We talked for well over two hours and were treated fabulously! Get the Brussels sprouts you won't be disappointed!!!!

We were a party of 6. All first timers to the Sunday Brunch Buffet. 2 had been to the restaurant for dinner. We were all very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. I'm still thinking about those cinnamon buns! We will definitely go back.

Went to an event there this past weekend and was extremely disappointed with the bartending staff who would not let us order at the main bar which had better options...

I was really excited that the Sunday brunch buffet was back but what a disappointment. There is no carving station and hardly any lunch foods like they had before (such as chicken wings and meatballs). They have fried chicken tenders and mac and cheese for lunch foods. No more coconut macaroons and other desserts I really liked. Now, if they lowered the price I'd be ok with this but it still costs $38/person. The service is good and friendly though. Unfortunately we won't be returning unless they bring back what they had before.

We've always enjoyed the Sunday Buffet Brunch and were disappointed when we saw it was discontinued and elated when we saw it was brought back, so we went to Sunday Brunch to celebrate our 51st Anniversary and noticed that although the buffet was back, some of the nicer items were not. There was no carving table as before, no main fish entree, no ribs, not as nice of a dessert table as before, basically breakfast items, scrambled eggs, and an omelette bar. The waitress was great and we were given a chocolate anniversary card placed in a chocolate cake square, a nice surprise, but the more expensive items on the brunch have been eliminated, although the price did go up a few dollars. It's nice for those who want lots of breakfast type foods, (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy) but not for those who want lunch items.

Nice place by the water. A beautifully restored mill. The server was friendly and warm, the food incredible. We had a risotto with corn, to which we added chicken. We also had the pesto pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
