Seated quickly, server was personable, and informative, the haddock and scallop dishes were perfectly cooked and well plated. The place appeared about 1/2 to 3/4 full but it was loud. Still, a very nice dinner

We always enjoy dinner at the Foundry! The staff is amazing, food is always on point and we feel well taken care of and are not rushed! We talked for well over two hours and were treated fabulously! Get the Brussels sprouts you won't be disappointed!!!!

We were a party of 6. All first timers to the Sunday Brunch Buffet. 2 had been to the restaurant for dinner. We were all very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. I'm still thinking about those cinnamon buns! We will definitely go back.

Went to an event there this past weekend and was extremely disappointed with the bartending staff who would not let us order at the main bar which had better options...

I was really excited that the Sunday brunch buffet was back but what a disappointment. There is no carving station and hardly any lunch foods like they had before (such as chicken wings and meatballs). They have fried chicken tenders and mac and cheese for lunch foods. No more coconut macaroons and other desserts I really liked. Now, if they lowered the price I'd be ok with this but it still costs $38/person. The service is good and friendly though. Unfortunately we won't be returning unless they bring back what they had before.

Nice place by the water. A beautifully restored mill. The server was friendly and warm, the food incredible. We had a risotto with corn, to which we added chicken. We also had the pesto pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The staff went above and beyond for us! First, they helped us change my reservation for 4 to a reservation for 6. When we got there, we needed accommodations for my FIL, who has difficulty walking, and they made us a table for his disability. The waitress was great, she made certain we had everything we needed, kept our drinks full, and cleared dishes as necessary (we were there for the Sunday Brunch). As for the food, what a great selection! The food was fresh, and regularly updated. Will definitely be returning!

My brother-in-law had the special entree and said it was the best meal he'd had in two to three years!

The poutine IS fabulous. Enjoyed the cocktails, entrees and service. We had a comfortable booth by the window and the service was fantastic. Parking is easy. We will return.

There's nothing better than a great martini and appetizers out on the deck overlooking the river on a warm summer evening here.

Just wanted a light dinner outside. Great table with river view. Excellent martini. Oysters, Brussels sprouts and tuna tartare were very good. The Foundry has consistently good food and service. There were some nice updates on the menu. A favorite server “Brit” took care of us.

Our server was energetic and attentive. The new brunch menu that began on 7/27, the day we had brunch, no longer included any carving station or soup, but offered the following selections: scrambled eggs, oven-roasted potatoes, biscuits, sausage gravy, corn beef hash, bacon, sausages, french toast, blueberry/white chocolate pancakes, mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, oysters, boiled shrimp, smoked salmon, bagel toppings, various breads, omelet station, fresh fruit, salad, desert station, chocolate chip scones, chocolate croissants, and cinnamon buns. We arrived at 11 and had 1 round of the buffet and bloody marys. Food was mainly good, but when we went back at around 11:45 for round 2 of the buffet many of the foods were gone and not refilled. E.g, biscuits were gone, altho the corned beef hash was still there - no more whip cream, no more chicken for chicken and waffles, only a few shrimp and oysters left, etc. Since the buffet went until 1 PM (we confirmed with the server), we were disappointed that it seemed like the food was not being replenished after a certain period. But we would still recommend as when the food was there, it was mostly tasty, and the service was great.

Unfortunately this time the service was not very good. Waiter did not pay attention to details. He failed to bring a bread basket to the table. After a long wait we decided to call him to the table and we asked for gluten free bread. When he brought it to the table he only brought enough for one person, not the table. I then asked if we could have a bread basket like all of the other tables. He said of course. Also we had asked for Lime slices for our drinks when we ordered them and he had to be reminded. I had ordered the Seared Salmon entree and it came coated in salt and not edible. They replaced it and it came very under cooked and not as much salt but still not desirable. I just kept it and ate it anyway. I went ahead and tipped him the traditional 20% just to show no hard feelings. I think he needs more training to pay attention to details. I have always had very good service and food in my many prior experiences there.
