Called as soon as place opened for the day to make a reservation for Monday evening. Hostess put me on hold, told me first available to sit is 7:45 pm tonight. Little late for kids to wait at home, so we had dinner elsewhere and came to sit at bar and have a night cap and desert. When we came in there close to six staff crowded behind the Maitre D's station. We asked if we could sit at the bar. They said no problem, then one of the staff followed behind us at a distance. Maybe to make sure we got to the bar? There was only one bartender and she was very busy. There were 11 people at the bar. So took awhile for bartender to get to us. My wife ordered a drink, I ask for a decaf expresso with a shot of Ameretto. Bartender gave me a great pour of almoretto in a snifter glass. The decaf regular coffee came few minutes later. I was hoping for expresso at a place like this but, whatever. The one bartender seemed to get into a quiet disagreement with a manager. We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake which was amazing. The building is amazing, deserts amazing also. But service, and staff planning is just not up to what I was hopeing for.

FYI, you have to make a reservation .The ambient of the restaurant is very cozy. I and my family are celebrating my birthday. The drink and food are good and big portions for sharing. We ordered some appetizers and dessert to share. We got so full before ordering the main course. But we got dessert. Those are delicious, too

Went during happy hour, as listed on their menu, yet customers weren’t provided the happy hour unless asked. The menu should be given to those at the bar, during the hours it’s happening, you shouldn’t have to ask.

A perfect venue for a date night or even with family. Separate bar area gives you a high-end sports bar experience. Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are all pretty perfect.

I recently dined at The Foundry and had a delightful experience! The inviting atmosphere and attentive staff set the perfect tone for our evening. The food was impressive, with beautifully presented dishes and bold flavors, especially the seasonal specials. However, I felt some items were a bit overpriced for what they offered. The cocktails were well-crafted but also on the pricey side. Overall, a great experience, but a little more value would elevate it even further!

Visited The Foundry for their Sunday brunch buffet ($35/person). The atmosphere was nice, but my experience was mixed.
The hostess was a little off-putting when we arrived without a reservation, which left a bad first impression. It felt like she was angry we came in without a reservation. She told us we could go to the bar area where seating is first come, first serve. In the bar area, several tables had uncleared dishes, and while the bartender eventually cleared them, it was off-putting. Hiring bussers would really help! The bartender was running ragged.
The buffet had a good variety, and the food tasted nice, but many items were lukewarm or cold. For the price, choice of coffee or juice should definitely be included. I had a plate of food, of little samplings, definitely not worth $35.
Overall, while the food was decent, was not service and some small details need improvement. I would not return for brunch.

Under staffed. Came during Sunday brunch. They had one bar tender covering the entire bar area, surrounding tables, and making drinks for dine ins. Food was ok. The place is very pretty and inviting. Brunch was expensive and the buffet does not include coffee of juice. For what they charge coffee and juice should definitely be a part of the buffet.
