Visited Aug 25-28. Cool atmosphere, welcoming host. Maybe an off afternoon, but the bartenders were not friendly. Wasn’t super busy. Felt like they were going through the motions to serve and move you out. Will try again.
Highly recommend visiting the Goat for weekend breakfast. I was admittedly skeptical about breakfast in a bar, but they're serious about breakfast. Very good, pleasant atmosphere, and even at 9:30 a.m., a very good singer/songwriter performing.
My only complaint is the bartenders seem to serve at whatever prices they want. In the last 3 weeks, Ive ordered the same exact drink and shot, yet they have been a different price each time. I could understand weekend to week day price differences but coming in on a Thursday every week shouldn't mean different prices each time.
Other than that, absolutely amazing place! Food is worth every penny. All around gorgeous place!
