Horrible experience from beginning middle and end we were seated outside and completely forgotten about for over 30 minutes outside in the dark with no assistance from a bus boy or anyone while we saw other tables getting service! Friends of ours in the community also went here around the same time that night and were served undercooked fish. The front of the house a female employee came to the aid of my friends and did apologize and did note that the fish WAS undercooked and that they would certainly comp our friends meal. BUT NOT THE ENTIRE MEAL? my friend found SAND IN HER FISH along with it being clearly undercooked, but I guess they just had a conversation with one of the back end managers and he was extremely rude. Who argues with customers over the phone? You do realize without customers you have no company you have no restaurant and you have no business in the food industry! on top of my husband and I's horrible experience where my husband and I weren't actually served any food and we're just simply seated in the dark alone and not one person no wait staff for anyone came to help us! So not only were we treated with terrible service but the same night our friends happen to be there and they were served dangerous undercooked fish and are currently not feeling well! For anybody looking for decent food in the Manchester area I strongly advise you do not go here. They never refunded our friends which is a terrible thing to do since people know people in this community and that is not appropriate, YOU ALWAYS SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT! Seriously insane! Unless you would like dangerous potentially undercooked fish for the haddock dinner and treated like trash by A random backend employee in person and over the phone, then go for it this place is for you. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Not only did they lose my husband and I as customers but my friends and their friends as well. Please note I will not be responding to any replies from the owner or any manager because clearly they had an opportunity the night it happened to make things right and comp the entire meal for our friends but they didn't. They also had every opportunity to make sure that people that are seated outside are served and taken care of but clearly that's not on their top priority which makes no sense.glad we walked back to our cars, we were not even given utensils or water, just a menu. What a joke.

Very happy to leave a review for this restaurant starting from the top with Becca she was great helping me and my party with everything as it was our first time at the restaurant. She helped run the food, clean our table and always had a task on her hand while providing excellent service, and that is what good managers do. The food itself was very good, great size portions and at a very good price, would 100% recommend coming here as I will definitely be returning.

My waitress rose gave us excellent service, the food was great and the atmosphere was fun. She was quick with ordering and delivering our food and everything came out correctly would definitely recommend asking for her if you go!

My husbands and I stopped in for apps, drinks and dessert and it was wonderful. We sat outside and watched the kids run around while they had a live band going. We will be back! Great place for families, or date night!

Hoping to attend the Buzz Brews & Boos Rock 101 Halloween Party again this year. Food is great. Portion sizes are perfect for price. Love the nachos!! Atmosphere is welcoming. Outdoor seating patio space is comfortable. A great little place! Five Stars!!
