I'm sure this is an excellent venue for ball games but we were here in the evening. We had a few beers and some food two nights during our vacation. The food is excellent. I had the chowder and a turkey wrap the first night. I gave half to my cousin. It was very filling. The second night I had a bowl of chili. Might be too hot for a Midwesterner's palate, but I actually added hot sauce to mine. Uniformly excellent, as were the brew on tap and the staff.

This is a great experience to take in a Fisher Cats game and enjoy a nice night outside. I've been several times over the last few years but there's definitely been a downward trajectory over the last couple visits. It always took forever to get drinks, but somehow it's managed to get worse each time. I'm not sure if it's the bar or the inexperienced waitstaff, but regardless it shouldn't take so long to get drinks. The food is overpriced, but that's to be expected. It's the atmosphere and enjoying the game that's the reason to come here. One note: get there early on game nights if you want to be able to see the game. If you're not along the fence, you won't be able to see when groups start gathering around the tables. That too has gotten worse. Despite blocking the view for others and getting in the way of the waitstaff, it's still just allowed to happen which kind of ruins the overall experience.I'd seriously question going back, but if you have the right table and the right waiter and the right bartender it can be a great time.

Nice atmosphere being outside on a patio, bar, food, drinks. I recommend the Home Run Rum Runner tropical drink. Do not recommend the Flatbread, as it wad just blaa and it wad written up with basil and mozzarella, I don't know if it had either.

Nice view over the field. Luckily a game was on that night. Veggie burger was wonderful (looked like Jackfruit patties). Service seemed to be understaffed but waiting time still acceptable.

Good good and drinks and you can watch a baseball game while you eat if they are in town.

The side with the ball field was an awesome view. Gotta come back when they have a game.

Really around 3.5 stars. Food was just ok and prices were reasonable. Great place to watch the game from though.

As a Hilton I was disappointed in the service and fighting off the fruit flies in my room I would stay again because of the location but I am hopeful the guest experience will become more of a priority once Covid is over. I didn’t appreciate having to wait at the front desk with 4 people unpacking snacks and then being acknowledged as if I was interrupting them

After driving all day from Bar Harbor, ME, my fianceé and I needed a room for some much-needed sleep for the night. As a Hilton Rewards member, he called the HGI and was promptly informed that there were zero vacancies. However, upon using an online third party, he was able to reserve a HGI room for us for the night. When we walked in at around 10:30pm, the two front desk attendants were having a casual discussion. We stood in front of the front desk for almost a full minute before Paul nonchalantly asked how he could help us. This employee, as we spoke with him, couldn't have appeared more disinterested if he tried, nor could he have moved slower. When we finally got to our room, we just wanted to wash up and fall asleep. As you can see in the pictures attached, this was the state of the filthy, disgusting room the Hilton Garden Inn provides its guests for a large chunk of change. The sink's drain was covered in mold. The grout in the shower was covered in mildew and mold. The folding shower seat for the differently abled had mold growing all around it. The showerhead was covered in mildew. The tiles were peeling off the walls. Absolutely deplorable. Hilton has becomes too big for its britches, and it's clearly relying too heavily on its past reputation. Further, I'm not interested in hearing Covid-related excuses. Run your hotel correctly or don't run it at all. Period. I'm not interested in why our room was so woefully dirty - I'm just concerned that it was dirty at all. Do not stay here. There's a nice Comfort Inn close by -- if they have any vacancies, go stay there.
