Great staff, coffee only out in the mornings (kerig in room) personally prefer coffee at night also. Patio food very good. Breakfast looks ok but way to expensive so I go out every time we stay here. (Ps bring water as $3.00 in room and lobby, they could help us out by being a little more reasonable with that pricing.

I loved the Pavillion. Great location at the backfield of the minor league. A woman did get hit in the head with a baseball while dining.

Very nice stay. Up to date place with great food, friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Added bonus of baseball park outside the back lobby! Close yo everything with a nice view of the city. Very welcoming landscaping and amenities

My son's flight was diverted to this regional airport, and we booked him into this hotel as it is the closest Hilton property to the airport for him to reroute the next morning. He arrived at the hotel after midnight and was denied the room because he is 20. We called the front desk to let them know the situation and asked if we could verbally or virtually sign for the room for him. Sheila the front desk attendant was rude and uncaring from the start of the conversation and basically cut us off repeatedly by saying he isn't 21. She stated it was the "policy" even after we let her know that other Hilton properties have allowed him to check in without us being physically present. He was at this point 2.5 hours away from his college, across the country from us, past midnight, and just needed a bed. The utter lack of care and compassion from Sheila was incredibly disappointing. We then called the main Hilton line and a lovely person named James helped us find a Tru (also Hilton brand) that allowed him to check in with our verbal confirmation only. The front desk person at Tru was equally wonderful and helpful - saving our son from having absolutely nowhere to stay overnight. We hope additional customer service training will result from this episode. Policies are present for a reason but given this full scenario and that we are lifetime Diamond members - this was an incredibly low risk situation that could have been handled compassionately. If the answer still needed to be "no" then assisting with redirecting him to the Tru hotel would have been appreciated.

I love this hotel in so many ways but I need to mention Katelyn at the Front Desk. She is so welcoming, genuine and has an amazing sense of humor. She makes you feel as if you made a new friend. Thank you Katelyn for making our stay brighter!

Nice place, been there a bunch of times. This time, Katelyn and Penny at the front desk made our stay even better. They were both very pleasant and professional. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order, but we still enjoyed the rest of the hotel's amenities.

Room and facilities were ok in principle, if somewhat dated, but the shower was not working properly, the coffee machine was broken, and the food in both restaurants was incredibly poor and overpriced.

My boyfriend got a room for my daughter and I after her college graduation. Part of the reason we always stay at Hilton’s is because of being able to order food and adult beverages on-site without having to leave the facility. The restaurant and bar are both closed with no notice.

This is an outstanding hotel with great staff, food and beverages. their patio is overlooking the ballpark and all the rooms on that side allow you to watch the games. The menu is more extensive than most HGI's and the food quality was superb! I have found the place to stay in Manchester!

How can you not love getting a great free seat to a baseball game? The food is not bad, but the star attraction in the summer (really the only reason to go here unless you are staying at the hotel) is the deck overlooking the minor league ball field.

Terrible. The hotel was great until ourselves and a FEW (more than one) families found bed bugs in our room. We were wondering why floor 2 was BLASTING heat one night - it’s because heat kills bed bugs. Also, we saw people walking around with pesticide type cleaning products and gloves. No thanks. Never staying here or anywhere in Manchester, ever again.

What a great stay! Penny at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming! We were upgraded to a ballpark view! What an experience it would be to watch a game from the room! Toronto Blue Jays AA team plays at the stadium. Room and all common areas were spotless! 5 minute drive to downtown with manyrestaurants. Stay here you will be happy!

I am extremely impressed by the exceptional customer service provided to us by the wellcomig and smiling staff. They had name tags of Abid and Lisa. Both were extremely welcoming and helpful. These two are an asset for the company and needs to be highly appreciated. Kind Regards. Wing Cdr Saqib Ishaque. Stayed in room 423 on 11-12 Feb 2023.
