I like the new menu. Location is cool too. That customer service tho. wow. I sat there for longer than 5 minutes while Keisha was working and the other guy (with a limp) and girl just stared at me as they walked back and forth. Very annoying. Keisha took my order and made the best smoothie ive had. She seems like the worker of the group. Over all, customer service was not as friendly as I have come to expect from tropical smoothie locations. Probably won't go back to this location and would not recommend.

Shouting startled me when I walked in didn't sound like welcome in at all. Had to keep repeating order even though was complicated and had ro repeat name and spell it also not hard. The experience wasn't great and smoothie is not a smoothie it's very icy and taste like nothing not worth almost 10 bucks. And charging me for each thing was trash. Most your drinks have 3 or 4 items and that what I had and I understand whey protein charge but o er charging because it not on your board is bs. Do better. Not impressed.
