I’ve never been disappointed in a simple banana PB smoothie before… Very bland and watered down. I threw it in my blender with more PB and that helped. The food is consistently good here though. Personal opinion: almond joy latte isn’t great

Had to take my daughter to the Elliot and was looking for a lunch place nearby. We had some smoothies and Greek salad - all amazing.! The salad was the best we've ever had with the grilled Romaine hearts making it extra special. Next appointment is in the morning, so we'll be returning for breakfast. Can't wait!

Always a lovely lunch, the ingredients are fresh and lots of options! My sandwich - the California Turkey Club - was enough for almost two meals 😋 the side of Brussels sprouts was delicious, with plenty of balsamic. Can’t wait to go back.

I am new to the area, and as a freelancer who works from home, I was looking for a nice Cafe or coffeeshop where I could come in once or twice a week to sit and have coffee and breakfast while working on my laptop. Unity Cafe fits the bill for this, though I didn't notice a lot of outlets to plug into. There is plenty of free parking in their parking lot. When I entered the Cafe, I was greeted by Keslie at the counter who was super friendly and fabulous! I ordered the California breakfast sandwich and Iced Coffee. My only minor disappointment was that they don't make their own cold brew, which I prefer over Iced Coffee, but the Iced coffee was quite good anyway. There weren't too many other people there during breakfast, but I assume since it's in an old factory/office complex, most people who work in the building come for lunch, and that seems to be what happened as I was finishing up, more people came in for lunch. I hope to return again soon, and did I mention how fabulous Kelsie is?!!!!!

The food and coffee here are really good- I got the BLT and broccoli cheddar soup and was not disappointed! It’s a great, quiet study shop but there and minimal/no outlets for computer charging, so this will limit your time. If this was remedied I’d be in this cute, quiet shop all day with multiple of their delicious coffees.

Unity was always a staple for us but in the past couple of months a lot has changed since Monique and Alison left. They were awesome. Unity has gone through multiple chefs, none being great however Rachel, Chloe and Tonia are still there and they are very friendly...great customer service. The food is not what it used to be but we will still visit Unity. I hope they find a way to improve.
Out of the way, mid food. The staff are cool but management is awful.

Love this place! They always have unique and fun lattes and the food is great. They make their own chips which are super tasty. Everyone that works here is friendly and the prices are reasonable. It's very spacious inside and great to dine in or for takeout.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough room in my stomach to eat more! The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff is very sweet and accommodating. Cooks are friendly cheerful and work quickly. The atmosphere is peaceful laid back and quiet. I enjoy sitting by the waterfall wall. Try the smoothies and the corn beef hash!!!!
Dietary restrictions: They have great vegetarian and diet options at this cafe. Egg white omelets with tofu and protein smoothies!

Ok. Not easy to find a nice lunch spot in Manch but this cozy little restaurant is churning mixed american with international twist menu items that are well prepared, presented and delivered to go or in house. There is small private room for 20 to 30 people, dining room with bar height four tops and booths that could accommodate a lunch rush of 50. The out out of the way location makes this a little bit of a hidden gem but there is enough parking to accommodate patrons even if my posts bring them in by the droves. All in all a nice spot for casual or business breakfast/lunch
