Disgusting!!!
I was on a field trip in the mills and this was the only place around.
When I sat down to eat lunch and after eating half of my lunch I saw something off in my wrap…
There was a bug in my food.
I tried to call but there was no option to talk to anyone.
I’m so disgusted and mad I just want to throw up.
Wasting $16 on this food just to see a bug so disappointing

The Waterworks Cafe has quickly become my go-to breakfast spot in Manchester. The food is excellent, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere a perfect balance of cozy and modern.

Atmosphere was perfect, the lady at the counter was so sweet and polite even though we came so close to closing. The food was AMAZING, coffee was delicious and smooth. I absolutely recommend it as a breakfast or brunch option.

Waterworks is always a wonderful place to stop at. I have always done lunch but recently stopped by for breakfast and I can confirm it is just as good as the lunch.
The food is always delicious and the staff is always kind, helpful, and accommodating!
Beautiful restaurant interior, and the omlette was great!
Great little breakfast place tucked in the Mill District.
So many choices! And they're all great! Nice relaxed atmosphere, happy people.

Tasty food and fast service considering how packed they were. Really nice interior that was warm for a meal or to work for a while.

I like the abundance of seasonal choices both in sweet treat(cookies, whoopie pies, cream cheese pinwheel cakes) and drinks (cinnamon, maple, pumpkin spice chai). They had a variety of milks to choose from. It’s a cute coffee house vibe. Plenty of tables and chairs. You can have a conversation with a friend and not feel like you’re on top of other people.
Dietary restrictions: Options for different milks.
Kid-friendliness: Large space with tables and chairs. Plenty of space for a family to come.
Wheelchair accessibility: A side door for the wheelchair that leads to an indoor ramp.

Nice cafe, the food is tasty and the coffee too and it's inexpensive. Located right on the river and the conditions are friendly. Only there is no breakfast food in the afternoon, but there are other things. Everything is clean and there are toilets.

Second time ordering takeout here, second time being happy. I picked up a chicken Caesar wrap for my son and housemade lemonade, his text to me was everything Smacks, the lemonade is gas AF. Allow me to translate, everything is good. The lemonade is on point. I got a chicken and rice bowl, it was perfect exactly what I wanted for lunch.
