Empty room. Five employees. Mess. Slow. Language barrier. And my daughter and I both got food poisoning. I've always wondered how anyone I've read this about knew exactly what it was that gave them food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate or drank in two days. These guys get me sick every time

No wait at drive thru at this usually very good Wendy’s. Was feeling great prior to ordering/receiving my order of a crispy chicken blt sandwich and small coke. Associate was friendly, expedient; asked if I needed a receipt - I did not. I started to eat the sandwich on my drive home and became very nauseous, violent vomiting not even 10 minutes after leaving Wendy’s drive thru on Second St in Manchester. Stopped at Urgent Care; looked like food poisoning; medication, plenty of fluids, ride it out as I didn’t even eat half the sandwich. Called to let management know; polite, but what can a fast food restaurant do when something like this happens?

Ordered a daves triple with extra cheese and they really did this. When there's 3 patties, what in the hell would make you put 6 slices of cheese on the bottom bun and only one top? No straw with my drink as well which seems to be a common occurrence recently. Management needs to step up their new hires 💅🏻

Order is consistently correct and cooked as good as Wendy’s can be. The workers are quick and nice. It can get really busy at lunch so you might have to wait a while

I had forgotten why i didn't go here anymore. But unfortunately my go to spot Dairy Queen across the street had traffic backed up to the highway and i had no time to wait. Wendys hasn't changed. Food is still garbage if not worse. Burgers are slapped together with too much mayo, next to no vegetables, undercooked patties and hard bread. Fries are tough, chewy and oversalted, soda taste like mold (clean your lines!) employees have an attitude like they dont want to be there. Had the cashier repeat himself 3 times because i couldnt hear him mumbling his responses to me and the dining area as well as the bathroom was disgusting. Nobody is cleaning in that place even the floors in the kitchen were littered with food and containers. Now i remember why I don't go here. And i will NEVER be eating Wendy's again. Last straw. I regret not waiting in the DQ line 😡 there's a reason there line was to the highway.

I was just in the drive thru and I have to wait for my food. So I go to pull up. The girl brings my food out. I had a drink with no straw and a salad with no dressing or untensels I understand you are busy during lunch hour but really?? Do better folks.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Wendy's. I was picking up food for elderly uncle who loves Wendy's but the person taking my order kept mocking me when I ordered Dave double. I repeated order 8 times after which I went inside and confronted the manager. Manager said he know that employee is trouble and have received complaints about him but did not talk to him. The employee kept smiling and laughing when I went inside. Mocking accent not cool and manager needs to talk some responsibility. Why was nothing said to him and he continued to laugh in front of him. Very very disrespectful. Hope corporate take a note at this location.
