I came out from my eye exam next door and went here for a double cheeseburger. It was so good I had to let them know behind the counter it was the best burger I have been served from a Wendys anywhere!

Usually get real good service, tonight the person on drive thru sounded like I was a bother to home. Tell the guy my order and go up to the second window. The person is a heavier set teen with a man bun, hands my food in a hurry, I didn't even have my hand on it he let's go, my food crashes all over the place. At this point I was so pissed I just picked it up and drove off.

John had ordered us our food and is an outstanding worker, met all our needs, the lobby area was cold and he was nice enough to turn on the heat for us and went out his way for us thank you!

Went in at 7:30 on 2/14. No other customers were in the building. 3 employees at the front, nobody taking orders. Waited.... waited.... waited..... had to order at the kiosk. If you're not going to use the registers, take them out. If you're paying someone to run the registers, let them go. I'm glad the minimum wade in NH is still very low. Nobody at that location deserves more than 7.75 an hour. Wendy's should be ashamed.

Some one made out, I ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club and saucy nugggs. I got Two burgers and chicken nuggets… got short changed and no help to fix it

Got my delivery order wrong, talked to a manager who put another manager on… to try to tell me I’m wrong and that I got the right stuff. They were arguing in the background and very clearly heard the guy say “I made that I know it’s right”. Then tried to educate me about patty size. All of that to tell me to talk to the delivery person. I get reading is hard but Double Stack means TWO. Not ONE. Terrible management skills from whoever the hell that guy thinks he is

Terrible service. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to say hello and take my order. Tons of people working in the back and one employee at front counter and he had no clue what he was doing. Havent been to this location a couple years and i wont be back.
The staff were rude and arrogant. Yelled at us to leave before we had finished our meal because they were closing. A polite request would have been more in order. Horrible experience.

Never in my whole life have I seen such unsanitary and vile things inside a restaurant bathroom, ever. Flies, trash womans pads hanging out.. something gross in the sink.. I can't believe ANYONE would allow someone to use these bathrooms. The smell alone says this bathroom should be condemned. This was Second st location.

No straws for the 6 drinks I ordered and on top of that every worker has a huge attitude especially the big guy in long hair attitude goes along way there are better wendys than this location just terrible service

Oh my gosh. Y'all achieved the coveted, perfect burger last night. I got the big bacon classic (I think that's what it's called... #7) and the patty was delicious, the cheese achieved that gooey melty, but not too melty consistency and the veg was a lot, but not too much and super fresh/crunchy. The bun even was just right (flavor, consistency and not in the way flavor wise)... It was the perfect ratio. Thank you!!
Also, I'm not sure what you changed lately, but maybe in the last month your fries got good. ? Not 100%, but a vast improvement.
Service was fast as well, however, it was after the dinner rush when I was there. The girl at the checkout was pleasant as well.
Spot on and thank you! The only complaint (and why the atmosphere was lower) was that the outside lighting was really dark/poor. Y'all could use a little evening curb appeal, but the food was great. Thanks to your team!
