I tried to order a burger at the kiosk, but NO TOMATO wasn't an option. So I told the guy at the register about it, telling him NO TOMATO, and I still got tomato on my burger anyway. Luckily, I'm not allergic, I just don't need the acid reflux that comes with it. Do the employees not hear well or read the order slips?! 😡😡

The guy at the window was so rude, the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was hard as a hockey puck I had to throw it away & the Burger wasn't much better.

I mean, it’s a fast food joint. lol.
But they never mess up my order, and they’re always quick and straight to the point. Clean bathrooms which is crazy to think from a fast food restaurant

Went for breakfast received cold hallow fries and the ones not hallow were thin. I thought these were suppose to be potato wedges more like idk what skins…. Coffee tasted burn and I was so turned off I didn’t even make it to the sandwich. Some ketchup would have been nice but the service at the window was short and dismissive… gone are the days people are hired for their integrity and work ethic. Sad
Jamaica was excellent and he had great customer service. I definitely recommend this place other than any Wendy’s in in New Hampshire.

I love Wendy’s one of my favorite places. But when I went to use the bathroom someone was in the larger stall so I went to the smaller stall. The smaller stall had no toilet seat on it. It had been ripped off. There was no sign on the door at all. So I went to inform the people at the front. The worker I informed told the manager and she said yes I know it’s broken. I said there is not a sign at all. She goes okay and ?. Well you should have a sign on a stall for a broken toilet or fix it. And you probably shouldn’t be so rude to your paying customers.
Me and a group of colleagues and the kids we work with went to Wendy’s so the kids could buy their lunch. We have been to this Wendy’s multiple times before and never had a problem. But today when we went we were the only people in line and all the workers behind the counter did not look at us, or acknowledge us in any way shape or form. We stood in line for about 10-15 minutes and none of the workers looked at us or told us it would be a moment, nothing. By this point 2-3 more people NOT with us came in and waited behind us in line. Since we were on a time crunch we grabbed our coats and left but on the way out I saw the people in line behind us getting their order taken. I’m NOT at all impressed and very disappointed in the service we got which is none. I do not recommend going there since apparently they are so busy they can’t even tell happily paying customers that they will take a minute.

We tried to go to Wendy’s as our daily Friday outing and the service was terrible and unacceptable. Our large group of people was ignored and did not take our orders, which the woman refused to take and only focused on the to-go orders. Once we left, she took other peoples orders. We were all upset and disgusted about this situation. This was not cool and unprofessional.

I used kiosk they told me I didn’t pay. I showed them the money taken out of my account they didn’t care they said I had to dispute with the bank and pay again. They were able to dig out of the trash the receipt that indicated payment failed however the payment went threw and I did dispute it with the bank. My problem is they couldn’t care less attitude and the talking amongst themselves how they didn’t want to have to come in the next day to pick up their check. Also, why would they throw out a receipt that indicated payment failed and I stand there waiting for nothing. I verified that INDEED the payment went through and my bank resolved the issue. Obviously, something went wrong on their end and by their response it didn’t seem like it was the first time it happened.
I included my kiosk receipt and the payment failed receipt that they crumpled up threw out in the trash. Very very poor service

Had no French fries ??? offered a baked potato instead... Tried to charge for the potato..then couldn't figure out how to add it to the meal without charging for it. Left without the potato lol ...come on Wendy's!! Get it together
