Great location, and great staff. I really appreciate how calm cool and collected the manager is when things are getting busy or hectic. Big shout-out to Lisa Miguel and her staff!

I went in around 8pm on December 8th and ordered a $6 crispy chicken blt biggie bag and a Dave's single burger,, first off I specified I just wanted the blt biggie and just the burger not the meal and I paid for it even tho the total didn't seem right,, I get the wrong sandwich,, I missing a nugget with the wrong sauce and the wrong drink for both meals even tho I wasn't even asked what the drink is for the burger meal I didn't even want and I also didn't even get my fries for that order either like the only thing that was right out of that entire order was the frosty and I spent almost $20

My wife and I both placed orders through the mobile app @ 7:29pm on 11/22/2025.
When we got the orders we had to ask for our drinks/ frostys. We could tell the guy working at the front counter wasn’t having a fun time already with the look he gave us when we mentioned the frostys. Once we finally got the frostys and drink cups, my wife immediately noticed one of the frostys was made incorrectly. My wife mentioned that it was supposed to be a chocolate frosty with the brownie batter swirl but that it was made with vanilla frosty instead and the same employee at the front (no name tag so can’t give a name) seemed to be confused/ frustrated to the point that the lady at the fry station and helping bag stuff had to come over and fix it for him.
After we got that figured out, we took our food to a table to double check everything, since we always do no lettuce/ onions on our food. 2 of our junior bacon cheeseburgers (supposed to be no lettuce, extra mayo) had lettuce and 1 of the double stacks (supposed to be no onions) was made plain.
My wife went back up with 2 of the sandwiches to mention the mistakes and the same employee at the front had an attitude about the mistakes as if it was somehow our fault that the sandwiches weren’t made correctly. He takes the sandwiches back, throws them in the trash, and they remake those 2 sandwiches. My wife brings up the 3rd mistake, so they can get to work fixing that too!
The first 2 remakes *look* okay! The 3rd (double stack with no onions) has onions on it, so my wife has to go back up again so they can remake this same sandwich AGAIN. The guy at the front still has a bad attitude and the guy making the sandwiches complains loud enough about having to remake the sandwich again that I could hear it clearly from the lobby.
They give us the remake of the remake and it has no onions so we start to head home, mind you it is now just after 8pm so we have to reheat everything bc most of the initial food is cold. We sit down to eat. I take a bite of one of the remade junior bacon cheeseburgers and I’m hit by the taste of gross, wilted lettuce. With how strong the lettuce flavor was and the fact that the guy didn’t look at which 2 sandwiches were given to him to know which 2 to “remake” initially, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took the sandwiches out of the trash and just tried to scrape the lettuce off and give it back to us.
I come to this location regularly as it is only a 5 minute drive from home. Usually they do really well with our customizations and the employees are always very kind and understanding when mistakes are made. We understand that with customizations come a higher chance of mistakes so we are also always very understanding on the rare occurrence that they happen. None of the regular employees we usually see were there so I’m guessing maybe they were new. Regardless of whether they were new or not, the way he acted/ treated my wife was unacceptable and I’m surprised he’s allowed to work front counter with an attitude like that.

The Latina cashier with the face tattoos and piercings was the nicest Wendy's cashier I have ever interacted with.

Learn how to give the correct sandwich that is ordered, I don't usually write reviews but this is the 3rd time in a week, I order a double baconator and a 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, i receive a different burger with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, and NO BACON and I also received sweet chili sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce, please do better!!!

They changed the Lettuce!!!! It really makes the sandwich awful. Chicken sandwich used to have a nice added cool crunch from the lettuce and now it's this chopped up stuff. It's absolutely horrible. As much as i used to like wendy's I can't bring myself to consider another one. Such a small thing with such a big impact.

Was good til wendys started this shredded lettuce crap. Now its messier, lacks texture that made wendys better than everwhere else and tastes like...well old lettuce. Bring back REAL lettuce and i'll return but for now you are losing customers.

Ordered breakfast on the app, the guy at the speaker didn’t answer at all after telling them the name of the order. Then pull up to the window to get handed a black coffee with no cream or anything. We ordered a caramel cream and instead of asking us what we want instead of that since they’re supposedly out of both cream and caramel, we get a coffee with ice. This location has started getting bad with their service for at least a month now and it’s just getting worse. Food’s good when they actually get the stuff correct, though.

Every time I go there I get cold fries. The staff is extremely rude every single time. The workers just don't care. The owner needs to retrain the employees or get rid of them. I live right down the street and I won't go there anymore!

I like the frosty n coupon books. $1 = 5 jr frosties.
That's 20 cents per jr frosty. i buy 10coup books which gives me 50 jr frosty coups. I go 2d drive-thru Nget 16 jr frosties at a time put them in my freezer and it's so divine

stopped in for lunch today at 11:15 just to find out that the store was closed due to lack of employees able to work for some reason highly disappointed I love Wendy's I've eaten at this location before and have never had a problem. Management should look into this issue
