staff is so disrespectful, i ordered 10 nuggets in the drive through and they had me pull past the window and I waiting in my car for 10 minutes for only 10 nuggets. when I finally got my food she just said “here.” and walked away with zero respect or enthusiasm.

Haven't been to Wendy's in awhile. Drove out of my way to go to this location, to find out it is not the same as it was. Fries old and cold. My order was just completely wrong. I paid to upgrade my meal and that wasn't done either. Never again. Whoever worked on Jan 6, 25 around 9:30pm needs to be reevaluated. I should have checked the bag! Food was DISGUSTING! No bacon on the burger, bread was old. I threw it out never again!

I wish I could give a zero. Wasted my entire break and the worker in a friend was very rude! Felt racially profiled. She refused to give my food that I’ve already paid for on the app. She asked me to get back in line after telling her multiple times I already did. Stated she didn’t see my order when the other worker told her it was up there. Very distasteful! Called to voiced my concern and manger dismissed my complaint or how I felt I was treated when she wasn’t present for the interaction.

I've only been going through the drive-through, but the staff is always so upbeat and friendly. I've never had them get my order wrong, and the food actually looks like food and not smashed or thrown together haphazardly. Also prices are way better than competing fast food places.

Every time I order in the drive thru thee staff seem to be fighting over who takes the order. One person will start talking and then get cut off by someone else, sometimes when I have already started talking. I was also served a regular coke instead of a diet and as a diabetic this was dangerous. Lesson learned.

This place definitely checks all the boxes for an above average fast food place. The drive through lines move quickly, they actually have competent staff that doesn't turn over often, and they've rarely ever gotten my order wrong in any way. Pretty much all you can ask from fast food joints.
