If I could rate zero stars, I would. I got the 5 pc bbq and mild tenders mixed combo.
The staff did not double bag the order as requested, the tenders were old, small, and 70% breading. I came for a high protein meal, not mouthful of soggy breading.
I discarded the tenders and thought, well, at least I have a crispy Coke Zero to enjoy— WRONG!
The two different soft drinks I got were FLAT and watery; they tasted like nothing.
This was one of my first meals after returning overseas. I will not be back. ESPECIALLY this location. Please, do better.
I would like a FULL refund please, this was like throwing $30 straight into the garbage can!

Wingstop is always amazing. Chicken wings are the best. Wings are better than buffalo wild wings in my opinion. Best to get carry out as eating at this location is not its strength, but wings are simply the best tasting!

This is my second time ordering from this Wingstop location and I still never received my order. The first time, they told me I would get a refund and I never received anything. Tonight, the same thing happened. I called them and they said my order was delivered, but I never received a call or message from the driver, and nothing was left at my door.
They told me they would call me back in 10 minutes, but they never did. When I called again, they told me to come pick up my order even though I paid for delivery. I asked what about the delivery fee, tax, and tip that I already paid — they said there was no solution. I still agreed to go pick it up, but when I got there they only wanted to give me 10 wings only, even though I showed them my full order on the app. I had already given up and accepted to just take it, and they still refused to give me what I paid for.
Every time I tried to explain the issue, they told me to call DoorDash, even though I ordered directly from Wingstop. The employee I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking.
Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hope they hire people who actually care and handle customers with respect.

This location is in serious need of proper cleaning, management, and basic hygiene enforcement. The staff members do not wash their hands after touching surfaces or personal items. A middle-aged employee packing orders was openly touching and rubbing his private area and continued handling food without washing his hands.
Another staff member ( the lady) was coughing repeatedly without covering her mouth, which is completely unacceptable in a food establishment. The employees look like they are being forced to work, and their attitude shows zero customer service effort.
The food tasted terrible, and the overall environment was unsanitary and unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid this location until major improvements are made.

Walking in everyone is just at the register staring at you like you walked into the wrong place. The atmosphere is awkward and quiet. Would not recommend. We didn't even wanna order food. All we noticed from the outside is people doing exactly what we did walk in and immediately walk out.
