Another amazing Himalayan restaurant has opened in Manchester and this one cannot be missed. The fried rice can be ordered with or without meat but either way shows the care and hard work of the chef. The veggies are sliced very finely and cooked to leave the perfect amount of snap. The rice is fluffy, never too hard or too sticky. The momos are all satisfying and the sauce is addictively spicy. The chili momo and chili potato are must order items every time, both come tossed...
