I love the food and layed back atmosphere. I've been there several times and never had a bad experience. It's worth a try.

Entered the restaurant and everything looked dirty. Appetizers arrived cold when they were supposed to be hot. The waitress messed up all our orders and drinks. Then I was served RAW chicken, and the manager gave me a hard time and blamed me for the raw chicken. Took forever to convince him to take it off the bill. Eat anywhere else.

I love bistros for the many times eclectic menu and this one, like many others, follows that logic. From burgers, to lamb, to tacos and risotto.. there’s a large variety of options here. We started with the yucca fries and the onion soup. The fries were great but the onion soup was completely off. We called the waitress and explained the issue… she was kind, polite and apologetic. We proceeded to the scallops with balsamic and risotto and that I would grade 7 out of 10… the balsamic was good, but just a tad bit much. But the scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto was very well balanced. The kids had the spaghetti and meatballs (great and huge portion) and chicken tenders… which were just perfect… crispy and with a hint of Parmesan….Parking: This is Manchester city center, so parking is not easy… there’s a paid parking garage near-by

Not impressed, but here are the Pros: great drinks and amazing music by Raze? Grung. Cater well to people with allergies.Came for a Valentine's meal. Couldn't tell by the menu that the place is so casual. We sat in function room because we wanted to hear music. The wall we sat against had a 2 ft. long white scratch against blue paint and splashes/ stains on wall. 15 minute repair would class it up. French onion soup was bland, couldn't taste onions. Salmon was overcooked. The specials had no prices. We paid $18 for 4 Coconut shrimp that were meh.

Drinks weren't great. Menu wasn't appealing so we ordered an appetizer and went elsewhere. Half the restaurant looked like it was set up with rental tables and chairs. I paid before we even got the appetizer because we just wanted to leave. Waited 20 minutes just for appetizer. Probably won't be back.

I wouldn't return simply because the value of the food is way over priced especially for the portion and quality. Apps seem to be frozen food and the portions are very small while prices are high. I got a blackberry margarita which was very good. The bar area lacked luster and the whole place just leaves something to be desired. Much better choices in the area.

We have been to XO many times and all I can say about our experience last night was terrible! Food was cold and honestly not even good. Their prices are a bit high, but would be worth it if the food was good. Our server could have cared less that we were there. I don’t think we will be back.

Everything was good but EXPENSIVE. Got 8oz filet w a small lobster tail that was on special for $65 (was not priced on special list) small drinks that are $12-14 each, appetizers were over $15 a pop…service was fine but the place was dead and didn’t fill waters once until we asked. There are tons of options in Manchester but we wanted to check this place out. Walked out spending almost 300$ after tip for two people which is way too much imo. Don’t think we will be back

I have always loved dining at XO however this was the first experience we had where we were less than underwhelmed. We waited one hour to get our entrees. We also had to ask multiple times for waters. Our app came out within 30 min thank god bc we waited awhile for food. Our concern was less about the wait time but more the temperature of our food. We were so disappointed when we got our entrees our filets w lobster ontop hollandaise was cold along with our mashed potatoes and veggies. So the wait would've been OK IF our food wasn't cold. We ate half did not complain there bc we would've waited longer for the food to be warm. Staff was busy yes but we would've liked some communication about the wait time. Or been asked how was the food etc? Nothing-maybe bc the server knew. Anyway we won't be back for food for awhile since we paid a lot for a cold filet. Until next time sticking w cocktails here and there.

We had eaten here a couple of years ago and the service and food were amazing. Last night I was served a Martini in a Margarita glass and it was room temp. The food was still good but I felt like the servers should have been wearing attire that fit the price I paid. Not a Jean skirt with leggings and converse sneakers. The is not a $$ menu. It more like a $$$ to $$$$ menu.

Food was good, menu was priced really high imo compared to similar restaurants. Server was just ok, we were basically the only people in the restaurant and water wasn't refilled until we asked. I get that water doesn't raise the cost of the bill but that still falls under good service for me. Drinks were priced 10-14$ and our app was $18 which we thought was expensive for poutine. My dish was a filet and lobster tail special, which again was good and cooked spot on but it was $65. There are many other options in the city and I don't think we will go back.

One of our favorite places to have dinner. The specials, short rib poutine and filet with stuffed lobster tail, were delicious. Our drinks were fantastic. It was a great night with family to ring in the new year.

Mediocre at best .. food was under headlamps way too long, mushrooms raw, pasta over cooked.... Very disappointing ?
