Lady at front window was incredibly rude. Walked up to the window to order and asked for a specific option for my very severe antiflactic allergy where the lady told me I’m clearly not familiar with Ben and Jerry’s and that I need to read the signage and would not answer my question. I then walked away and encourage others to find a different and local ice cream place to spend their money, especially those with life threatening allergies.

So rude. Signage is confusing and when asked for direction was treated like a child by person running window. We continued to try and order and when asked about flavors was told “read the descriptions on the window”. Half our group decided to not even order due to the lack of customer service. The three of us that did end up with ice cream enjoyed the ice cream but cones were extremely stale. Get rid of whoever is sitting (literally sitting… couldn’t bother to stand up to speak to us) at the front counter or I can’t see you lasting- especially with town docks around the corner with just as good, if not better ice cream and WAY better service.

Cute place, ice cream just fine. The lady in the front was rude though. Not greeted when walked up, simply asked if we ordered here at this window because there was so little interaction and her response was “Well do you see another window to order at?” Excuse me? Can’t even comprehend how that was ok to say- Rude and maybe she should not work in customer service if you dislike interacting with the public and tourists.

Very friendly lady and so many good options to choose from. She explained the variety of flavors and the most popular ice cream ppl tends to get. The scoop is enough to justify the price for a small ice cream cone with Oreo ice cream.
The ice cream was delicious and very fresh…I love the fresh made waffle cones! It was a very busy Saturday night and only one employee. She was very efficient and very polite.

Just got hot fudge sundae and caramel sundae...there was 90 percent caramel and 10 percent ice cream..could not even eat...so dissapointing ...Ben an Jerry is my fav ice cream..for the price we paid we could have gotten 4 pints at the store...stay home an get fat with ice cream is my advice..not worth going here lol
