These days with the mobile app in ordering the drive-thru is pretty backed up. But walk inside it was almost no way at all and plenty of smiling faces

Two young girls in there not friendly at all. I asked for a drink and paid extra to have some custom stuff put in there just to not receive any of the things I asked for such as the cold foam, no cookie crumbles, and missing certain syrups. And the girls overall just aren’t friendly. And we were the only people in there so how do you mess up an entire drink with no other orders coming through

The worst service I have ever received there. Behind the counter was a mess, trash all over the floor, mop bucket in the middle of floor under the creamer looked like it exploded pure chaos. When we finally received our order we double checked it and noticed they forgot to give me my cream cheese for my bagel. I asked Chris for the cream cheese that they forgot. Chris grabbed a cream cheese from the fridge and whipped across the counter where it hit me and fell to the floor. He wasn't even going to apologize until my husband had to say something to him. The hash browns were all smashed together and the snacking bacon was all burnt. Not the experience I expected this morning.

Waited over 10 minutes sitting at the window for my singular sandwich (i was the only one in the drive thru) all for me to take a bite into a big piece of parchment paper that was cooked into the cheese so i couldn’t even pull it out. Nasty waste of my time
Got my kids hot chocolate just right and got us right through even on a busy holiday weekend!

I just went to Dunkin' Donuts and loved it! I got a Macchiato and two donuts. The coffee was smooth and creamy, and the donuts were fresh and soft. The people working there were really nice and quick to help. It’s a great place for a quick coffee or a sweet snack. Definitely recommend it!

Ordered an Iced Tea and received a glass of ice with a little tea, when I complained the shift leader pointed to a line on the glass as an 'ice line,' it was over 2/3 high. That is not what I paid $3,40 for.

Submitted an order via the Dunkin’ Donuts app and went into the store and was completely disrespected by the manager. Michelle told me that it was sent to the drive-through, and they would have to stop making coffees to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable!! Most of the people there are very kind… I go there several times a week, but she is completely not professional and intolerable.

I used to love this place. I have been given severely burnt coffee. Burnt by an employee 3 times. She poored the coffee on my arms. I was handed a coffee with the cover off it and it burnt all down my chest stomach and legs. I was handed 4 coffees with at least 10 hairs in each cup. I've asked to see manager. The most she offered me was a free coffee and kept arguing with me. The manager is so rude to people all the time. Swearing yelling and even hitting customers and employees. I've heard her tell an employee that was mentally impaired that they were retarded and get out your fired.
Parking: There are about 15 spots to park it's very busy so it's rare to find parking
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors don't work though
