Kind staff. It's a trendy looking place that keeps up with a fresh style. However, the food and beverages are simply not worth the prices. They're in business because of location and unsuspecting tourists. I had a matcha latte that was extremely bitter and a weak cold brew. My sister had a macchiato that tasted like water. We also had the ID chicken sandwiches. Both were bland despite looking great. We had tried to order smoothies, but the only ingredient they had was banana, even though we were there less than an hour after it opened.

$6 for a double espresso. For context, their cortado is $3.75. More than any other good third wave espresso shop. Mids at best. They use an 18g basket per usual, but they would pull this shot and “split it” into a single. So if you want the full espresso they’ve pulled you need to pay for an additional “shot” to get what they would otherwise throw out and have already pulled!! (hopefully not save it for another customer…).Spacious I guess. But I can’t get over how absurd this is?? Like, it’s price gouging but with more effort and more waste. You’re not actually saving beans because your baristas are pulling 18g shots?Baristas could use some training too the milk is screaming

I just stopped in for a coffee and got a pour-over. Friendly staff. Inviting open space to spear out and relax, I could sit there for a while with a coffee and a book. An excellent collection of art work on display. I will add Identity Coffee Co. as a stop when passing through the area again.

Visited today. The place is staffed with the teenagers. So when you ask if they have something they say no we do not. And then they messed up all our orders.

Nice coffee place. They have some food options but not too many. The place is nicely decorated but there’s a lot of empty space that gives the place a very cold feeling.

Hi love the coffee. But they need more food. Very basic and all way out of pastry. We always want to come here, then we remember you’re always out of food.

Service was alright, sandwich was very plan (especially the eggs) sour dough bread actually tasted very sour and the Carmel iced latte tasted like dirty water. For the price I paid I would rather go to McDonald’s 3

20 minutes for a pour over coffee is just unacceptable. That is not even me exaggerating but the words directly from the staff (sadly given to me 10 minutes after I ordered, so too late to do anything about it). The coffee wasn't even hot by the time I got it. I make pour overs at home in 2-3 minutes. Buy a new filter. This isn't a hard problem to solve.

The coffee is good, but how does a breakfast/coffee shop run out of eggs on a Monday!!? In my restaurant days when we ran out of things we sent someone to the grocery store to grab stuff like OJ, coffee creamers, eggs, etc. And also why did I pay almost $8 for a tiny piece of avocado toast?!

Coffee was good, but girl friend ordered sandwich, waited 15-20 minutes, asked about sandwich and nope, thought it went to someone else. Waist of time. Got refund for sandwich. Person after us ordered sandwich and then after 10 minutes told "out of eggs, sorry". Won't go back . too bad, nice location to all else.

My coffee was absolutely ridiculously incredible, I’ve never downed a drink so quickly in my entire life. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this place and it’s delectable morsels!

Ridiculous prices for very mediocre coffee. 5.95 for a large americano vs 2.95 for a shot of espresso makes no sense.

Almost $6 for a very disappointing americano with 1/2 and 1/2. A shot of espresso was less than $3 so I almost asked for an espresso with hot water to save $3 but didn't want to be annoying.

Delicious iced latte. Great atmosphere. Pub brownie was very yummy props to the baker!
