I was with a bus tour group. They were prepared for us and food was served quickly. The salad was delicious as was the pizza. Sorry we don't live closer to visit again.

Went here a few weeks ago with 2 other people. The food was very good, especially the mussels. Our waiter was attentive and nice. The wait to eat wasn’t very long.

We are locals and have been coming to lago for a very , very long time. We typically have a designated driver so there is never an issue with having a few cocktails. Tonight, we were there for about 3.5 hours. A friend in our party requested a third martini . We were told, as of September , there was a 2 martini limit per person but you could order a third drink “of any kind! Not acceptable when you have a-designated driver. So it’s ok to order 2 martinis and a margarita, or wine?? Makes no sense !! This may contribute to loyal locals going somewhere else!!

Bonus that Lago is on the ground floor of the hotel we are staying. We shared three dishes... ceasar salad, flatbread, & pasta boulinaise. Delicious! and more than plenty for two dinees.

We ordered 3 meals waited an hour and everything was burnt it was awful Will not eat there again.. the waitress was very sweet and felt bad, not her fault .. drinks were good and that’s about it! The only good thing was they didn’t make is pay for the meals.. Need a new Chef!😢

Food and service was great. They had a very large party seated right before us and let us know it would be a while before food came out when we ordered. They brought us out extra bread and drinks. Very friendly. Unfortunately it was raining pretty hard so the outside seating and windows were closed so it was pretty loud inside. That would be my only small ding... I would recommend. They had call ahead seating so the wait was minimal

The service was very good, the food was ok taste however temperature wise it was warm at best and a little pricey for the portion size. Quite noisy inside but people were just enjoying themselves so that part was not a big issue.

I’ll be honest, I was expecting more of a fine dining experience, and that’s on me. I should have known.

Either way, the reason I even logged in to make a review is because of what the kitchen had the audacity to send out to me.

Our waitress informed me that broccoli was an option on the alfredo dish I had ordered, so I opted for it.

FIFTY MINUTES LATER (on a Monday night) our two pasta dishes come out and my dish has a tasty alfredo sauce covering some penne, and 15 pieces of broccoli stalks. I swear to god, they sent out exclusively broccoli stalks/ stems in place of the broccoli I had ordered.

Listen, if you’ve run out of broccoli after Ive ordered it, that’s okay! Just come and tell me. But to send this is actually embarrassing and pretty inconsiderate of the customer.

Now, I cook the stalks at home sometimes to add bulk to dishes Im making for myself….but I soften them to make them edible. These were rock freaking hard broccoli stalks. Insane.

Did the cook just toss in all the leftovers from the florets he had chopped throughout the night? Even more insane a thought.

This place was not a great Italian spot, I thought it would have been the nice spot in town. Pass.
