We are locals and have been coming to lago for a very , very long time. We typically have a designated driver so there is never an issue with having a few cocktails. Tonight, we were there for about 3.5 hours. A friend in our party requested a third martini . We were told, as of September , there was a 2 martini limit per person but you could order a third drink “of any kind! Not acceptable when you have a-designated driver. So it’s ok to order 2 martinis and a margarita,...
Bonus that Lago is on the ground floor of the hotel we are staying. We shared three dishes... ceasar salad, flatbread, & pasta boulinaise. Delicious! and more than plenty for two dinees.
Food and service was great. They had a very large party seated right before us and let us know it would be a while before food came out when we ordered. They brought us out extra bread and drinks. Very friendly. Unfortunately it was raining pretty hard so the outside seating and windows were closed so it was pretty loud inside. That would be my only small ding... I would recommend. They had call ahead seating so the wait was minimal
