The sandwiches are really good, it's quality food! I also like that there are vegetarian options. As a suggestion, please include chips with the sandwiches....I get that food prices have skyrocketed, but it shouldn't cost that much to throw a handful of chips on the plate with the sandwich orders.

Great local deli - long list of classic deli sandwiches that are a must have when you come to Meredith, Lakes Region, Laconia, Church Landing, Moultonborough, and even Conway. Sandwiches are huge, very filling! Fresh ingredients. In addition there are delicious specials - try the spicy chicken. Gluten free (“gf”) breads, options and allergen aware staff.

This haunt features great service, food, and cookies. ? if you are vegetarian you’ll need to hope that the homemade veggie burger is featured as a special when you visit. Besides the patty being outta this world?, the chipotle ranch will take you right into heaven. The pickles on the side are delicious! Also, the lettuce on the veggie burger is fresh! And there are double tomatoes. If you are thinking, “I need to try this sandwich,” then you are right! Finally if you are local to the lakes region, do yourself a favor and go there before summer and tourists take over. (Not that there is anything wrong with tourists?.) Happy scarfing!Parking: The parking will be very limited in summer, I’m sure.

Not exactly directly rude but close. The wait was very very long which Understandable for lunchtime here but the attitude isn't.Winter is a good time to recharge.So very much Worth the food x10Just be warned you might get a cold reception and departure.

Stopped in for the first time on a sunny day in Meredith and had delicious sandwiches. Our order was brought outside and we sat at a picnic table under an umbrella and watched the boats on the lake right across the street. Beautiful spot and wonderful staff. Will definitely be a stop the next time we travel to the area.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I walked in with two young children at 3:05 on Sunday. Their website, as pictured below, says they close at 4:00 on Sunday. The woman at the counter could not have been more miserable. She argued with me that their website says 3:00. My husband showed her where it says 4:00 and her response was to tell us to "GTFO". What a terrible way to do business. This restaurant does not value customers. But what's worse... can't acknowledge when they are clearly wrong. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Small little place with very yummy food and a surprisingly interesting drink selection. Had a local cider here that I'd never seen before, as well as my first ever salmon BLT. House salad was also very good. Definitely recommend.
Awesome sandwich shop right on the lake! Exactly what we wanted after walking around in Meredith. We were blown away but the high 4.5 rating but it's completely justified. Great selection of sandwiches, salads, etc. and dog friendly outside tables. The server even offered our pup some bacon! Our favorite was the Mount Washington which was roast beef and boursin - a classic combo! The fries were also a surprise favorite! Service was quick and seat yourself. Great experience!

We took a ride up to the lakes area and had looked at the reviews of the restaurants before choosing Lakeside Deli. We were all very happy with our choice. You walk up and place your order; then find a table either inside or outside overlooking the water. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was delicious - must try the sweet potato fries. There were five of us and each had something different - deli turkey wrap, hot chicken sandwich, salad with grilled chicken, steak sandwich and a Rueben. Don't pass this by. It's perfect and a great place to sit outside and eat!

We were looking at their menu on the Internet on the way over. Once we were there and on line, the prices on the paper menu on the counter were about two dollars more expensive. I ordered the first salad on the menu ("Lakeside "), which doesn't come with any bread, but I ordered a ciabatta garlic bread for another two dollar up-charge. Upon presenting my credit card, the cashier initially directed me to an advanced tipping screen, which I declined. We didn't have to wait even ten minutes for them to bring our food to our table, but they brought me the wrong salad- a Caesar salad. Rather than complain and have to wait, I made the best of it. Nice view of the lake across the street and the distant hillside from the outdoor picnic tables, but the table umbrellas were not firmly grounded, so with not much wind two of them first leaned over and dangerously blew over. Their beverage offerings were in a cooler and did not include coffee, but after lunch we took a short walk over to Dunkin' Donuts.
