Ordered food around 9 tonight and waited over 40 minutes. I ended up leaving without my food. As I was walking out the door, I heard one of the employees swear at a customer.
The sad part is that this trip was their second chance, two weeks ago my food was not edible and I had to throw it away.

I don't come here often. This one is usually ok. But the lady at the drive thru sounded like she was having a hard time and got my order wrong, and needed to call the manager to help the last two times I've been here. Same girl each time. My friend also said the same thing happened to him. One of the managers there (girl with red hair) also seemed a little clueless. And a bit rude. Guess I wont be coming here for a while. I'm not a picky person, but the service has went wayy down. I'd say maybe I will go inside to order but I dont think that would help much..

Went here a couple times over the last couple of weeks. The drive thru has been a nightmare lately. Neither the woman at the window or the red haired manager seemed to know how the app worked, even though I have used it multiple times there before. I realized there would be no point in discussing it as Id be wasting my time. So, I just paid for my order and left. The previous time another manager had to fix an order I placed. The lady taking the initial order didn't know what she was doing and had said that they didn't sell an item there that they obviously did. I have not been having good experiences here lately...

So here’s the story… I was here for dinner right? And I got A quarter pounder with cheese and lettuce only right and then I also got fries and then when I got my meal, the fries tasted terrible and my quarter pounder with only cheese and lettuce had ketchup on it as well. I recommend do not go to this McDonald’s.

Ordered a snack wrap meal at 12:15, lunch time. Had to pull to the side and wait about 2 minutes, not bad. Got food left. Fries were cold and the chicken in the snack wrap was stringy and full of cartilage. Couldn't even eat it. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, obviously I didn't go back to complain.

Women’s bathroom was very nasty. 🤮 no toilet paper in any stalls. One did have paper but it was lying on floor in stall that was clogged with urine and napkins

Stopped in for a tinkle break, so we ordered fries for all the kids. Very kind front counter young lady.
Put my order into the kiask. Would not take my payment method. Had to wait at the desk for someone to come to me They kept taking drive-thru orders before helping me. I ended up canceling my order due to a lack of service. I will never be coming back here again. Their excuse was, there was only 1 person working in the back.

Very bad service, they never bring food to the table, neither during the day nor at night, why do they have table service if they don't really provide that service, Very poor service It always takes more than 15 minutes to complete your order.
