If I could give less stars I would. Girl at the drive through on April 26th at 10pm was absolutely rude! I e pulled out with our mobile order and she asked us to wait. No problem. There was two cars ahead but I work and retail and understand there could be things happening behind the scenes. We waited 6 minutes and very politely asked “hello” just in case she forgot. Again, I understand especially if there are things going on inside. She came back on and VERY rudely said “I told you hold on!” We drove away and canceled our order. Never have I been to aMcdonalds with such rude staff. We’ll never stop there again.

I swear to God they throw the food on the floor before they give it to you My last experience was getting an egg McMuffin which surprisingly tastes like mustard 6 hours later I was throwing up I would never go back to this place stay away there's actually a really good burger bar in Meredith. Go there instead

8:00 am and we had to wait 20 minutes outside for our food! Get it together Meredith McDonald’s . Unacceptable!! One of our sandwiches was burnt. I finally went in and asked for our $$ back that we could not wait and she gave me our food! I did feel bad for her very very short staffed. There were so many people waiting.
I rarely eat and McDonald's and this is exactly why. $8.12 for a messy double cheeseburger and a small order of barley warm, soggy fries. I could not believe the price, so I questioned the cashier, who could care less. Worst part was the fact that they acted as if I was out of my mind and this was completely normal. No customer focus in the least and there prices are not sustainable.
