I swear to God they throw the food on the floor before they give it to you My last experience was getting an egg McMuffin which surprisingly tastes like mustard 6 hours later I was throwing up I would never go back to this place stay away there's actually a really good burger bar in Meredith. Go there instead

8:00 am and we had to wait 20 minutes outside for our food! Get it together Meredith McDonald’s . Unacceptable!! One of our sandwiches was burnt. I finally went in and asked for our $$ back that we could not wait and she gave me our food! I did feel bad for her very very short staffed. There were so many people waiting.

I rarely eat and McDonald's and this is exactly why. $8.12 for a messy double cheeseburger and a small order of barley warm, soggy fries. I could not believe the price, so I questioned the cashier, who could care less. Worst part was the fact that they acted as if I was out of my mind and this was completely normal. No customer focus in the least and there prices are not sustainable.

We’re a bit late with review because we attempted to give management (Fortin Kerry) opportunity to make it right. Nothing happened. Absolutely no satisfactory resolve. Stay away from this place if you’re in the area for food on the go. Especially, the drive thru, but wouldn’t recommend at all. Unless you want to risk some malicious employee(s) intentionally tainting your food. Earlier in the year (06-02-24), my husband bit into his burger and felt something funny. Sure enough, it was a gummy worm inside the burger. Quarter pounder to be exact. We have no idea if it was laced with something. Fortunately, it wasn’t consumed to find out. That’s besides the point. We extracted it and took photos. We reported it and it kept getting kicked to other 3rd parties that did absolutely nothing. Their response was basically since nobody was hurt, don’t worry about it. Nothing to see here. Let it go. Completely unacceptable. We haven’t been to a MacDonalds since. We wanted to first share our experience here for others to be aware. Next step is similar feedback to corporate above Fortin’s head. We let him know this was coming. For whatever reason(s), no response. The lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding in this matter. It’s not okay this happened. We’re making sure of that.
