I ordered coke and two cheeseburgers. They gave me a Dr pepper... No one was behind me in the Drive-Thru but they made me pull forward anyway so they can try to decrease their wait time on the drive-thru. Then they proceeded to give my food to another car and then take it back from the car and try to give it back to me. Needless to say it took over 15 minutes. Customer service is lacking at this facility.

Employees are very slow and extremely disrespectful. It is not the customers fault that they cannot handle how busy the store is, but still we received an attitude from the employee because of it. We ended up having to refund our order through the app, which takes a week. It is inconvenient.

We sat in the drive thru listening to the older lady do order for just one lane, we were stuck between cars, so we couldn't switch lanes....I called in to let them know what was happening and the person answered the phone and argued with me, stating they can assure me that's not happening. Um hello????? Im in your drive thru watching at least half a dozen cars go by in the other lane without her taking our order. Ridiculous! This lady works at the Plymouth location to or used to anyway. Not trying to be mean, but come on!!!!

They went out of their way to accommodate a 10:30am breakfast sandwich request. Great service.

Cheap service or cheap management. Purchased $25 worth of food. All we got is 2 ketchup packets upon asking. No more. Never recommend this location to anyone. (We didn't got any sauce or any ketchup with order even we selected ketchup)

Ordered food around 9 tonight and waited over 40 minutes. I ended up leaving without my food. As I was walking out the door, I heard one of the employees swear at a customer.
The sad part is that this trip was their second chance, two weeks ago my food was not edible and I had to throw it away.
