Who needs a stool softener , just order a sausage cheese McMuffin and within 30 minutes you'll be running for the hopper. Outside of that they can never get an order right? Even when you have them corrected twice the incompetent imbeciles can't seem to be able to get the order right.

Bottom bun on one sandwich was burnt and chewy. Food was cold. Fries were ordered with no salt. They came out with salt. No one greeted us. Every worker we saw had a frown. Making the atmosphere very uninviting.

I went through the drive through today for breakfast on 2-11-24 and I had the sweetest red haired gentleman. He was so polite and patient. My hashbrowns were nice and hot. My coffee was OK nothing special.

Food is always cold, unseasoned, and they have gotten my order right only a handful of times. They don't bag the items correctly either, training videos specifically show you how to do this(common sense though). Been going to this location 10+ years consistently and the quality has dropped significantly since the original GM left. Don't bother going here, take the extra 15 minutes and go to Laconia. Also want to add Paul is an amazing worker, and is the only good reason to come to this location.

Unbelievable get home to find my 20 pc McNuggets has just a stack of Pickel’s in it when I come back demanding a refund the worker laughs says sorry it’s for someone else then refuses a refund but will give me nuggets now… absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional they need to be fired immediately and I would still like my money back.
Mobile order. Confirmed @ 10:13. Lady w blonde hair/bun on top said they didn't have a mobile order. My granddaughter was home watching something on my phone when I left, so I left my phone at home. Went back home to get it, bun lady took her sweet time coming to the counter and when she did, I showed her my order number. She said breakfast was over. I said the order was confirmed at 10:13. No more breakfast she said, it's past 10:30. I said, I've already paid. As she clicked a key on the register she said: that's fine, it will refund your card. She offered no recourse for their error, and was okay with meleaving the restaurant without food. My order totaled nearly 26 dollars.

Our order of 2 hamburgers was by far the worst hamburgers ever. The burger was 1/4 inch thick, and the buns were smashed and very thin also. The ketchup was all over, inside and outside. To compound things the price went up again. If this is typical of McD's food now they will probably be out of business soon.

The service manager was absolutely unreal, We ordered food. It never came in through the drive-thru they told us to come back in and order and after charging us they didn't believe that we even ordered food. "I'm still charging you for the drinks blah blah blah." She was so rude over her mistake. She made us feel pretty terrible about ourselves and we were just trying to get the situation resolved because it had already switched over to lunch by the time we were done waiting and she was being very slow and rude about the refund.
