I was introduced to this restaurant when I was a little boy. Ever since, It was always a treat. I went every few months because I was usually in a different state but when I did go, it brought back many memories. The owners always remembered me and my order which never changed; Sesame Beef with white rice. The beef was incredible. Crispy outside, tender inside. The sauce which is honestly like a dessert in a certain sense. It was very sweet but paired with the beef made it a dream....
even though you are now retired, I loved getting food from Phu Jee restaurant. the absolute best food I ever had came from Phu Jee's. Every time I walked in or ordered food I always felt like family. always asked how I was and what I was doing for a job. Always talked about her family too. I loved this place and I'm sad to see it leave, but I wish the family the absolute best and my love. If you read this, pm me the recipes of it all so I can make them for my daughter.
